Wait times and rude staff are inexcusable given the price and lackluster quality of food. Full story below
I decided to try this place, because middle-eastern food is great and it was late at night. Placed a phone order, they told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. When I show up at the restaurant, they tell me it will be another 10 minutes. A little annoying, but no problem. After another 10 minutes, I was frustrated. When I politely told the owner that I wasn’t upset about how long the food took, but that I wish he had given me a more accurate time on the phone, he got defensive and combative. All of that would be fine, if the food were amazing. I’m fine with long waits and rude staff if that’s the price I have to pay for amazing food. However this food was not amazing. It was okay, under seasoned, and much smaller portions than I expect when I pay 20$ for a meal. Pic included.

Me and my kids went to this restaurant and the food was sooooo amazing. Everything was super fresh and tasty!! The restaurant was also very clean and the servers were very kind and attentive. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends ❤️

One of the best Persian/Mediterranean restaurants I’ve ever tried! The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and very clean. Just had an amazing meal here and tried the lamb, koobideh, and chicken kebabs. Everything was delicious! The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Though we were staying in central Portland, this place was worth the drive to Beaverton! Menu featured all the standard Persian appetizers and stews, and everything we ordered was excellent. It was my friend’s first time having many of the dishes and she was delighted. We appreciated the hospitality and quietness of the dining room on a Saturday mid afternoon and enjoyed our experience here very much.
