Such a wonderful surprise. The food came out super fast and everything was delicious. I love the reasonable prices on everything. The uni tempura was great. I loved the seared salmon too. The 1.50 matcha ice cream was good too. I will definitely be back.

The sushi chefs are true artists. They were very passionate about their craft and the fish was very fresh. The chef gave me recommendations for dipping and freshly grated ginger to add to the ponzu sauce. I tried some fish I had never had before. Lovely!

We visited this cozy, authentic Japanese spot that has decent parking. The restaurant serves a limited number of guests, so reservations are definitely recommended. We started with edamame and the premium sashimi—both incredibly fresh and flavorful. The grilled black cod was absolutely outstanding, and the nigiri was excellent as well. To finish, we had mochi and green tea ice cream, which were both delicious. Overall, this place is a must-try for anyone looking for genuine Japanese cuisine.

This is a hidden gem. I have been going to Sushi Hiroyoshi for years. For the value, you cannot get any better. The servers are friendly and professional. GET THE TOKUJO 15 PIECE SUSHI SET.

The chefs are fantastic. You are getting quality.

If you want quantity and looking for a cheap deal, this is not the place. Just go to your local all you can eat sushi because you don’t deserve this place.

If you want quality and the best traditional sushi, this is the place. The sushi is incredible with amazing sashimi and rice flavor with home made soy sauce. The service is fantastic.

For all the negative reviews about waking in and seeing open seats and being denied seating…. This establishment respects reservations and cares about their customers rather than making a quick buck. They want to ensure they can staff the tables with proper attention rather than give subpar service. They ensure each table gets 2 hours of seating.

Bottom line: Make a reservation. Don’t be butt hurt you’ve been turned away even after seeing empty tables.

In A Nutshell:

-Sushi Hiroyoshi is a non-descript sushi restaurant located in an older strip mall off Charleston Rd.
-Expect to order their omakase if you want a real culinary adventure for the next 1+ hours or so.
-Before I forget it’s highly advisable to reserve a table ahead of time.
-I once attempted to enter without one & was turned away b/c the seating is very limited & this place is pretty popular.
-With that being said, the restaurant itself it’s very fancy exterior or interior-wise, all of the effort is on hiring the best sushi chefs who prepare the finest presentation.

Overall, this is a good date night spot for anyone who really loves the entire experience of high-quality sushi.

This place is a must visit! Their Black Cod dish is always my go to choice and I haven’t found anywhere that makes it as good as here. I also recommend the Tempura. Their House Salad was also delicious!

The staff are always courteous and pleasant to talk to.

You could make the case that this is the best omakase in Las Vegas. It’s easily one of the city’s most underrated gems.

I’d confidently put this spot in the top three sushi restaurants in Vegas. Their omakase at the sushi bar starts at $150 per person, featuring eight courses including dessert.

What really sets Sushi Hiroyoshi apart is its purity and simplicity. There’s no over-the-top presentation, just incredibly fresh ingredients prepared with meticulous care. Every bite of nigiri feels intentional from the ratio of fish to rice, the touch of soy sauce, and even the hint of wasabi, all balanced perfectly.

You’ll get a variety of nigiri, from delicate white fish to rich toro, and even some beautifully seared pieces.

With tax, tip, and drinks, you’re looking at around $225 to $250 per person, but trust me, it’s worth every penny.

Located inside a strip mall with plenty of parking. It’s a quaint little spot with a sushi bar and a couple of tables.

Doesn’t get enough praise that it should compared to other places in the city. Very clean and comfortable, with a great selection of sushi, for a much better price than the other sushi joints. The servers with the Japanese friendliness and courtesy made a solo diner like me have a fantastic time.
