I haven’t had KFC for a long time so I was really happy to order it and it was packaged good. Everything looked good. Probably how it was supposed to be but I think they changed the recipe because it did not taste like KFC that I remember even the biscuits are different. I was disappointed in that but everything was packaged good. It was hot and I got almost everything I ordered except for some sauces.
But this review is for recipe change which I’m very sad cause KFC used to be the best

The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. Friendly staff, they cook to order, so it’s fresh and delicious. The only complaint was the table was little dirty.

Ive had their food delivered a couple times in the last month. I was hesitant at first because the last time I went it was dirty and the food was not cooked fully. The last few times tho it has been good but not great. There is something where their chicken is wayyyyyy greasier then it used to be. It’s still KFC tho and the mashed potatoes and famous bowl and coleslaw is all great. Biscuits still dry tho but thats fine just means their good. Used to get them as bricks because they were so old. Now their soft and fluffy and way better. Will up rating if quality is still good next time I go in. Oh their price is still good too! That’s what made me give them another try. Putting it to 4 stars because their still affordable!

Its a very tired franchise. The original recipe is still what it always has been and I need to do something to bring new life into the product. The Krispie recipe just doesn’t compete with places like Church’s Chicken which is a much better crisp. The biscuits are lacking also compared to Church’s Chicken. The one thing they don’t need to change is the coleslaw. This location was the ordinary kfc. The staff was not particularly Pleasant just simply throwing food out the window to everybody.

Tuesday. My fried chicken deal day. This place is always busy but doesnt take long to get your order. Youre usually in and then out. I will say the last time they were pretty busy and my chicken was super greasy on the bottom.of the bucket. Yet popping them in the oven later in the day fixed that issue.

They have the worst manager that I have ever seen. She will push you, she will talk down to you. And the saddest part is the upper management thinks she is so perfect that they either refuse to see it or they don’t care how she treats people. The service is horrible and they need to wake up and see how horrible she treats people

always filled with young staff who never gets the order right , never has anything done or ready and there constantly slow and confused if there was another kfc close by I would rather go somewhere else because this spot is NOT it. Yall need better training and better customer service.

Poor customer service. Went through the drive through and was told to pull around front and wait for some fries. 20 minutes later I had to go in and ask where my food was. Took another few minutes after that. Won’t be coming back. Wasn’t even busy.
