Check your order before departing. I ordered the 8 wing combo with fries and a sprite, the sprite was the only item they got right. I ordered Santa Fe Hot and Parmesan Garlic wings, but they had no flavor/sauce. Fries were soggy, no ketchup or napkins. The staff were nice 🙂

After 15 or more orders, I can definitively say the food quality has gone severely downhill at this location. Gave it one final chance tonight and will not be eating here ever again.
When I started ordering delivery from them over a year ago, the food tasted fresh, portions were decent, and the price was great for what you got. Now one bite of a chewy, foul tasting boneless chicken wing has my stomach in knots. And when I say foul, I do mean past its best-by date, not just icky. My fiance ordered the 4-piece tenders, and they were barely bigger than the boneless wings and also tasted questionable. The portion of fries has also significantly decreased, and everything tasted like the fryers haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. Don’t eat here unless you enjoy feeling sick after your meal.

Will not be ordering again. Thought I’d found a cheap wing spot but it’s just that. I ordered 16 wings, half Buffalo half garlic parm. I received the lacroix water of Buffalo wings, and lemon pepper. Both were incredibly dry although still hot; I posted pics, there’s no sauce anywhere in the box or the wings for that matter. Tried to call and couldn’t get ahold of anyone; called the chili’s and they basically told me complain to DoorDash. I was offered a partial refund and no replacement. I don’t even eat lemon pepper and the few ‘Buffalo’ wings I ate had broken, splintered bones. Highly dissatisfied.
