Reviews
I’ve known Norma since her days at the Greely Hall Cafeteria, and I was genuinely glad to see her here. She represents what outstanding customer service should look like. She greets every customer warmly, is always pleasant to talk with, and goes out of her way to help both customers and coworkers.
Whenever the team gets busy, she doesn’t hesitate to step in; whether that means helping employees in the back or jumping on the register when the line builds up. Her attitude, professionalism, and positivity make a real difference. Every Popeyes should have someone like Norma on their team. She’s simply the best.
But most recently, they would not honor a gift card that we purchased locally. Good customer service would be to honor them, even if their ‘system’ can’t scan them, or else find a way to ‘scan’ them.
So, we can’t use it, I guess we’re just out the 25.00.
