I have ordered from this location for 40 years and never had a problem until today. I ordered pickup. I thanked the young lady and she never said one word. She never looked at me. There was no Italian dressing when I got home. I went back and I was not happy but not rude considering I had to drive back. The young man was not apologetic. He was somewhat huffy. I told him there was no dressing and the salad was light on lettuce. He just repacked the same salad and put dressing in it and kind of threw the salad back on the counter. Never apologized and didn’t add any more lettuce.
I’ll say to the owner to either train them about the importance of customer service or fire them. The salad was mostly cheese and toppings. Hardly no lettuce. All other times I’ve ordered this salad it always has a good balance of both.

I’ve been coming to this Imos for years. Last night I received Horrible customer service, young lady saw me come in the door and kept right on sweeping the floor. I said hello after waiting several minutes to be acknowledged, crickets. Finally she came to the counter with all attitude. This Imos don’t care, otherwise they would do something about the Horrible customer service. Good customer service goes a long way, ask Chick-fil-A

Stopped in at lunch time and picked up lunch specials and deals for my whole office. They were busy midday on a Friday on this cold January day so I thought, ‘I’ll park my van behind the building and avoid the busyness up front’. My dumb self got my van stuck in the snow for the first time ever. A staff member named Adrian used his entire 10 mins smoke break (or lunch) to help dig me out. They didn’t have a shovel so he literally used a pizza pan with a wood handle to shovel the snow and breakup the ice before laying pizza boxes down for my tires to get traction. Everyone in St. Louis knows about and loves Imo’s pizza, but what they may not know is that their staff is truly second to none. I’ll definitely be back to support these wonderful folks that care about their customers.

I just purchased an extra large pizza online from the 8437 Olive location. We are 5 minutes away. The pizza was cold and the crust was leathery. So disappointing we discarded the whole thing. We purchased a pizza a few weeks ago at the Creve Coeur location and it was perfect. Why is there such a difference? We will not be using this location again

This is my go to location. It never fails me. I usually ordered on the website to pick up. My orders have always been ready on time. My favorites are the deluxe or meat lovers. But this time I got the BYOP with hamburger topping and extra cheese. Delicious! I am excited to see their heart shaped pizza coming on Feb 7.

Loved this pizza. Was 1st time trying it. Was skeptical but damn….it was super delicious. This pizzeria wins awards year after year. Seems suspect no one else can beat them but the pizza was very enjoyable so if you need a reason to tey them do it taste what winner pizza taste like.

Drivers are rude and inconsiderate of neighboring homes and driveways. ALSO, I don’t order from any imos often which I’m smack dab in the middle of 2 locations. When I do order from either of these imos, my order is always wrong. Every time I’ve ordered from these locations it’s a given that I have to call and tell them my order is wrong. For the price imos charges for their food and the 20% tip, I should never have an issue. Last time I give imos the benefit of the doubt. Now I have to wait another 30-40 minutes for the right order. LAST TIME! Way too expensive for 8 boneless wings, $9.75! I will never support imos again!
