Wow. I made a reservation knowing it’s a good option in the valley. I had no idea it would be off the charts outstanding. Next-level quality of fish, clean menu with none of the “spicy mayo” nonsense rolls, amazing service and ambiance. It’s a keeper and I Highly recommend.

We sat at the sushi bar, which only enhanced the experience with more interactions with the chefs behind the counter and other friendly patrons sitting next to us. All the dishes were artfully constructed with delicious flavors to match. Service was excellent and very attentive without being intrusive. Sushi was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back here to try other menu items and of course the incredible sushi.

Probably my favorite place to eat. The food is delicious, creative, and beautiful to look at. The staff are professional and friendly. I’ve been following the chef for close to twenty years now, from Chiba to Asanebo to his own restaurant, and he’s destined to become a name in the sushi business. Excellent fish. Great taste. Outstanding menu, both in terms of selection and preparation. A must-visit restaurant for the sushi lover who wants to see some new ideas.

The best restaurant I’ve been to in the past year. Exceptional! The food is incredible, the service is amazing, and the location is lovely. Probably the best sushi I’ve ever had. Their sushi is perfectly prepared; it feels like you’re in Japan. There’s nothing else to say except that if you want to experience something unique and unbelievable, you need to try this restaurant.
