So the brilliant staff at this location apparently forgets to put entire items sometimes I guess. I ordered delivery and had a plate with orange chicken and beijing beef, the order went through fully, I paid, and it got delivered. Much to my surprise, there was absolutely 0 beef in the plate. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here either. The staff clearly isn’t trained to deal with these issues and cannot handle themselves, and the management can also be blamed for this seeing how I’ve had multiple issues with this location due to their inability to watch their staff or train them properly. Don’t go to this Panda Express, please visit a different location if you actually want a good experience. I was still charged fully, by the way. I also called and they didn’t pick up. You can clearly see in the picture that they made the space for the second entree too. Just didnt add it then charged full price.

We were shocked at the service we received at this location. We visited last week and I had ordered 20 minutes in advance on the app. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told they were still preparing our order, although I had gotten a notification that it was ready. 20 minutes after that we still didn’t have our food. The manager was walking around the messy dining room talking on his cell phone, seemingly oblivious to the state of the restaurant. Eventually I approached an employee again after watching a half dozen people who came in after me receive their orders, and they handed me a bag with someone else’s order. Back to the counter again, and the employee looked on the other side of the counter and said oh here it is. My order had been sitting there ready for over a half hour now. They didn’t even check all the bags when they told me it wasn’t ready (never mind that in the meantime, my order was no longer in their queue, so I would never have gotten my food). No apology, no offer to redo our now-cold food, nothing. We’re happy to be patient with restaurants during a rush, but there was no excuse for that careless of service. Especially when the manager was on his phone the whole time. We don’t plan to return to this location. Always good service at the Woodbridge location.

Delicious and fresh food. But really stingy on the protein. 12 bucks for not even half a cup of protein and loaded with 90% rice is insane for that price. I get y’all tryna make a profit but I’m also tryna keep meat on my own bones. I eat out very rarely and I left still hungry. :/

Panda is very famous chaines frenchaies chain. Majority items available in non vegetarian. As a vegetarian food lover It’s not great experience maybe because I am vegetarian that’s why I don’t like it Clark location staff is very friendly and professional. In this plaza they have enough space for parking lot. Very convenient to touch parkway. Restroom is available in this location. No drive through.

It’s rare that you go from enjoying a place to thinking “what am I doing here” . Well that’s happened and it happened to what I thought was one of the better Panda Express locations. My wife ordered in the app (so far so good). I arrive to pick up our order and it’s ready, packaged, and handed to me by an employee (still good). The trouble starts when I get home and check the food. To start off I’m missing a part of the order (more on that later) and the food (which is generally the same quality no matter what) left a ton to be desired. Noodles had a taste like they were sitting out for a while and we were missing an item. I called in to say “hey, missing something can I just get a refund” and I’m told only the manager can do that and he’s gone for the day. So you have a location serving food and no one is really in charge? Maybe that’s normal for the location who am I to judge. I call earlier today to speak with the manager who told me he’d call me back in 5-10 minute. After 30 minutes I decided to call in only for him to tell his employee “I’ll refund them for the missing item”. Now look… I get it.. not the biggest deal in the world. But if you’re a manager worth your weight in anything you should be a little more proactive when it comes to handling customer issues from the day before that couldn’t be handled because you weren’t there. Just my two cents. Staff is friendly it just seems like a problem from the top down. When management take a hands off approach that’s noticed by everyone .I’ll be avoiding this location for the time being. Much better off going to the location in South Plainfield if you’re looking for Panda Express.

I feel like this place takes advantage of people who order through third party companies like Uber eats, door dash, etc. I ordered through Uber eats today around 11:30 (they open at 11) so everything should be fresh. I ordered beef and broccoli and received literally only broccoli and sauce, no meat. I also ordered the chow mein which the noodles were not really noodles, but short almost looked cut in half noodles that were dry. I feel like because you are not there and watching them make your food they skimp you out. Also I ordered 12 cream cheese Rangoon (large order which it even says on the label) and received only 3. Super disappointed ☹️

Most expensive worst quality Chinese you can find. Go to a regular street shop instead. Panda sells premium entries that are the worst quality with a ton w of sauce to hide the taste. Here is their premium Beyond Orange Chicken – just a matrix of mechanically separated chicken at about $.40/piece when you unpack a large box. For walnut shrimp you’ll be paying around $.65/shrimp. Retarded prices and very low quality.
THIS IS NOT CHICKEN. this is a low end protein matrix. And cant taste anything but the sauce, both spicy and laden with sugar or HFCS.
Stay away from this location and the brand.

Ronda made my plate today and it was absolutely amazing, hands down the friendliest staff, best portion sizes, and professional panda express in the area, i had the honey sesame with orange chicken, 1/2 super greens, 1/2 white rice, it was super good, overall can tell this group of staff take their job seriously, they deserve raises. 10/10
