Wow… we came to this location at 2:40pm on Monday January 19th no one was in the store and there was one car in the drive through we waited 5 min and I can see the employee doing what it looks like an order but she was not acknowledging us at all. My husband approached her and ask her “if she can please ask someone to help us” she completely ignored him so he walked closer to her asked again “can someone please help us” she ignored us one more time. We decided to leave. He turned around and ask her and another gentleman in the back if there were any managers working and they both ignored him. All we wanted was a donut for my son that just find out that he needed surgery and was scared. Thank you for this we really appreciate the horrible service. Good luck with everything!

I have yet to have one good experience at this Dunkin. I don’t know how it is so difficult to deliver a quality item. These are two different visits several days apart, and there have been other times, that I have received an unenjoyable meal. The bread was toasted/burnt so hard I couldnt bite through it. And the bacon was burnt to a crisp and fell off in pieces. This was 15 minutes after they opened. The glazed blueberry donuts barely have any icing on them so they just taste like a dry plain cake donut, disappointing. I dislike leaving negative reviews but I’ve just been let down so many times here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in around 5pm and the place had a garbage lid on one of the eating tables. In addition to other random garbage around. Upon ordering a drink that I wanted from the menu the cashier was confused and didn’t know what the drink was. Then I wanted to order a hashbrowns and the guy said the toaster was turned off for the night!! They don’t close till 8pm!! Why is the toaster shut off 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING!!!! Insane. The banana frozen chocolate shake was extremely light in color, tasted nothing like chocolate and did not include the chocolate swirl which was included in the photo.

I was picking up an order today and said Hi with a Smiling face and the girl in the pickup spot and she literally star at me and didn’t say a single word, she look at me sooo bad. I think her name is Luuu. Let me tell this, you guys/ or you girl should be a little nicer with customers, that was a VERY MEAN ATTITUDE. Remember your paychecks come from our coffee orders.

Distancing donuts it’s a little bit smaller than a lot of the others in the area but I prefer to go here instead of the other locations because of the employees and the atmosphere. It’s always really clean there’s never too long of a wait because of very quick service from the efficient staff. The Carmel latte with almond milk and the espresso shots is amazing!

I don’t mean to put in a bad review out of hatred or to be an awful person, but I work retail and if I was in this Dunkin, I would be disappointed. Only having one employee doing all of these food and drinks by themselves? The quality was horrible and there is no reason why an employee should be working alone. As someone who makes coffee as their job, making quality beverages should be first priority over time goals. Not mad at the employee, I’m mad at the manager who thought it would be okay to let someone work alone.

I’ve only gone inside once but I frequent the drive through at least every other day. The morning staff is very friendly but, the 2 people that stand out to me, are Dylan and Destiny who work afternoon/evening. When placing my order, I don’t even get halfway before they finish it for me. It’s really impressive when, getting as many customers as they do daily, they take the time to pay attention to all who come through and it’s nice to know that they recognize people by voice. ***Attention Rachel, these 2 employees need a raise!!!!***

My wife and I just went through the drive thru and I just want to rave about Jordan and Vivi. They not only remembered what I like to order, its been a bit since I’ve been there, but they also asked if I wanted to change it to something else since they were about to run out, I usually order a Carmel Mochiato but they asked if I wanted to Ceral Milk before its discontinued, which I went cray cray for when it came out. They ALWAYS have a smile when I see them and their customer service they provide is rare in this day and age.

Whatever is going on at this store, it definitely sets itself apart from the other locations in the area. Great people and greater customer service! Always a pleasure to see these fine people.!!!

Dirty tables, over cooked food, chicken was over nuked very hard. Holiday decor of caution tape made it looked closed. No creamer available in dining area. No smiles or acknowledgment of entry.

The staff here specifically the ladies that work the early morning are so sweet! Always so cheery they brighten up my day. The service is quick and coffee always tastes fresh. This is my favorite location!

Her customer service was superb. Thanks for making my day better, Veronica . Dunkin, make sure you’re letting your employees know how much they rock and taking care of them shows in their customer service, so keep that in mind
