The pizza is usually pretty good and happy that they have stuffed crust options. The only thing I hate about this location is the lack of customer service. The workers cannot be bothered to say thank you or you’re welcome even when being told thank you by a customer. As the lady handed me the pizzas I told her thank you and absolutely nothing was said back to me, I try my best to be nice to food workers due to the many bad customers they experience but when someone is just being nice to you and they can’t even be bothered to say you’re welcome makes me wish I could just use the kiosk instead of dealing with their lack of customer service.

Tired, it’s been a day. So, why not order pizza for the family I thought! Ordered a crazy bread, large pepperoni pizza and a large ham and jalapeño pizza for delivery. 9:13 pm we got the texted our food has been picked up. I was excited. We live a total of 4 mins away from this location. Maybe, I shouldn’t have been so lazy, and got it myself. Well, our driver Kelly sat there in Walmart parking lot for a good 20 minutes. As we were calling doordash support, we were told the food would be there in 5 mins…. NOPE! they then pulled into the hotel behind Walgreens for like another 20 mins… okay, but on the way whatever right, NOPE! The car finally pulls up. A beaten down car with one headlight, driver is wearing no shirt, and a person in back seat falling asleep, while Kelly our driver gets out of car. Well, whatever, at least we can eat now. When we opened the boxes… well first of all, no sauce on either pizza and was stuff crust, what I assume cheddar cheese on pizzas too!? Crazy puffs, which we did not order. And our jalapeño and ham pizza was also a pepperoni pizza, stuffed crust with no cheese. Maybe, just maybe this pizza fits someone’s taste… but not ours. I unfortunately, just ate cold pepperoni off the pizza, because it was so inedible.

So I place my order for three pepperoni pizzas in store. AFTER I pay, I am informed that they are temporarily out of cheese. 20 minute wait. I had groceries in the car so I took them home and came back to pick up the pizzas. I was given a free two liter for my troubles which wasn’t so bad. However I get the pizzas home and this is what we had. Almost as thin as paper, hardly any sauce or cheese on them. Mostly crust. So sad.

Placed two orders at 10:08 pm online said order be ready by 10:30. Arrived at 10:36 employee said they threw all the food away. I responded I placed it online, so basically they didn’t even make my order charge me and now I have to wait till the manager come in at 5:30 pm to get it done. No sorry for inconvenience just we threw all food away… Closes at 11pm

Absolutely terrible! First off the employees need to be re-trained this is not how you cook a deep deep dish pizza. And the sad part is I’m pretty sure the manager was the one who cooked this. She was a bigger sized girl. I saw her pulling more pizzas out of the oven that were deep dish and they looked horrible just like mine so she doesn’t know how to cook them. They are using the same classic crust that comes on a normal pizza. Its almost like a normal pizza in a rectangular shape that’s what they are selling you. Just look at the picture it looks nothing like a deep deep dish. There is another customer who has a deep deep dish 4 weeks down on the reviews that was cooked wrong too just look for yourself this is how they are cooking the deep deep dish pizzas and it’s wrong!!!!

My daughter went to this location to pickup our order. She was constantly ignored by staff and the order wasn’t even prepared properly. Ordered cheese and herb crazy puffs, but received pepperoni…. Even after the order was completed the status in the app still shows “in the oven” (yes, I did refresh many times to get the latest status). I guess we will be going to Florence from now on.

I called my order in. And asked for extra butter and parmesan on my bread sticks these things came hard I literally knocked on the table. The thin crust was dry and flimsy. The sauce for my bread sticks tasted spoiled. $57.20 down the drain. NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME……

The food is Dowie and uncooked, and why am I paying for a deep dish and getting these Dowie circles. Last time i checked deep dish’s are Square with a crunchy crust. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

I place my order pizza 7:00pm, slices and sticks with bacon pizza. 15 minutes pass by I ask the front young lady about my order and she said it’s not done yet. 25 mins of waiting she don’t know yet where my pizza is. I am so pissed I told her to just replace my pizza with a pepperoni pizza because they haven’t made my pizza that I ordered. 30 mins for a pizza it really sucks.
