While visiting my parents, I decided to order a pizza from this Bowie location.
1st red flag was when they charged my card but said it was denied. When I called they credited my card. I proceeded to order again and this time order went through but took well over an hr to arrive. I checked the app and it said it was delivered.
I called he store back and manager told me there was a glitch in system and driver is still on its way.
I should’ve stopped there and requested a refund.
I showed Grace and waited. Driver delivered two burnt pizzas.
I called store back and told him they can have the pizza back I want my money. Manager told me he will cancel order. Here it is well over two weeks and I still have not received my money back.
I would caution anyone ordering from this location. Too many fake businesses operating and you are likely to be scammed. Pizza was burnt and dry

This Domino’s was on the money with great pick-up service and accurate order processing. I will be back to thisocation whenever I want Domino’s when I’m visiting family again. A family member also gave it a thumbs and the bathroom was without any smells or odor. Any time a restaurant takes care of its restrooms, I’m a sold and repeat customer. This location is cozy and open spaced for casual pizza dining.

We ordered I New York style with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. We did not get that pizza at all instead we received a really small medium pizza with pepperoni and a regular size pizza with pepperoni that was Burnt. When we called they did not want to make it right and basically said we were wrong. not ordering here again.

I see why this Domino’s has the rating it does. The pizzas I ordered and picked up look terrible! There’s no sauce or cheese on it and it’s overcooked. And now that I’m calling the location back they won’t answer the phone.
Update: After calling this location several times attempting to speak to the manager and getting the run around I just disputed the charge with my bank. The manager doesn’t speak good English and repeatedly lied to me about him being the manager and whether he could process a refund. He did offer to make me new pizzas but I live an hour away from this location and was not willing to travel there and back for it. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!

Pizza is good and delivery is pretty quick usually. But they forget sauce cups every damn time. Like evetime. I have have the ‘leave at door option’ but now can’t do that so I can make sure I damn garlic butter.

Just ordered curbside and gave a tip. Sitting at the front door like they said to do. Folks coming and going and ready time way gone. I get out of the car, limp inside and my pizzas are sitting 9n the shelf. First/last time here. Do have to say the pizzas was scace of the toppings but look good.

The manger at the store was very rude and disrespectful to me when i came back in after getting my order wrong. he told me i would have to wait 20 more minutes for my order again and didn’t say sorry or offer me a refund or my pizza for free. this was extremely inconvenient for me because i am only 18 and a broke college student. i asked him for his name so i could including it in my report and he automatically dismissed me and said that i dont need it. overly the service here was really bad and i wouldn’t recommend going here anymore unless you want bad service and the wrong order. i work in customer service so i understand how annoying customers can be but he was the one that messed and didn’t offer me a apology or nothing in return but telling me to wait even longer.
