Our server was great. Food arrived hot and tasty.
Server was working hard and fast but took the time for each table. His name plate said Andrew. We don’t eat out much but he was our server several b weeks ago and remembered us.

My wife had prime rib which she said was “perfect”. I had steak tips that were tasty, but a bit chewy. Cheesecake for dessert was delicious. Service was outstanding. Our server was Athena.

Ordered my food on the way home, arrived at 25 minutes as they said. My burger was good but a little dry and my fries somewhat cold. I wondered if they were frozen fries? I ate them as soon as I got in the car and it wasn’t impressive. Middle was cold. Then my husband’s fish entre. It was so chewy and didn’t smell tasteful. He said this was for sure microwaved and he declined the rest. We understand we ordered fish at a meat joint but I can’t believe I spent $40 on this whole dinner I wish I waited til I got home for my own food.

Burgers used to taste better because the buns were grilled. I’ve been going to 99 for 11 years. It would seem that there is nothing difficult in putting bread on the grill for half a minute. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I think the quality has already caught up with a fast-food chain. My second beer was brought to me in a small glass, even though I had asked for the same one; however, the bill stated 23 ounces. I didn’t bother haggling; I think it was just a case of inattention. Overall, it’s not bad, but it used to be better. The only thing I won’t give up the chain for is Horseshoe beer.

Ordered take out from the bar tonight at 4:45, before the dinner rush. They messed up one entree and remade – so my hubby’s meal has been sitting under warming lights for 20+minutes. 5:30 now, still no food. $28 bucks for a cold dead meal. WTH? I want a refund!!!

Went for lunch, had a burger which was good. Nothing outstanding about the experience. It was a late lunch (2pm) so I sort of expected better service, but that’s just me. I was once a trainer for this co, so my expectations are high off the bat.
They now use devices for ordering which the server had to go get. It is a great way to de-personalize service, just insert a screen.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all fine. The issue is how overpriced everything is here now. It’s priced much higher than the quality justifies.

Just got take out got home and pulled what looked like a pubic hair out of my mashed potatoes. This is not a joke absolutely disgusting this is the second time I’ve pulled a hair from my food from East longmeadow location I had to throw all the food out . Stay away from this location manager is obviously is not keeping up with watching there employees.
