it could be better, i think it would be a good idea to have an adult on the floor with the kids at all times. this place gets busy and i think it may be a little overwhelming for the younger employees. also how do you run out of produce like avocadoes when they are right next to the produce in Walmart. weird. i am glade to see that younger kids want to work so kudos to them for trying!

Ordered a cold cut combo. Got home, started eating. Noticed it only came with the baloney and the pepperoni I added onto it. I called and told them. They said oh it only comes with baloney and pepperoni. I said no it’s supposed to come with ham salami and so on. So then they said well yours says you only wanted baloney and pepperoni. I said no it doesn’t. Mine says to add pepperoni. It does not say to take anything off the sandwich at all. So then they hang up on me and when I call back I receive NO answer. Terrible place.

If I could give this no stars I would! We had a very long wait time from the beginning because a lady had ordered popcorn and they had no knowledge of it happening. So after that we stood at the counter waiting while the employees argued amongst eachother over the popcorn. After they went through that he finally started making our subs (we both got the garlic cheesy bread) which was way too much garlic(it almost wasnt edible) and he was very slow making our subs in between arguing with his co-workers. He wrapped our subs up as you can see.. he would’ve sent us out the door like that but we decided to eat in. We went back to the eating area and it is absolutely disgusting! Theres food and dirt all over the floor, napkins.. it’s just nasty. They are yelling back and forth about missing checks and one employee has her significant other and her baby standing at the counter.. the baby is constantly screaming. I will never eat at this location again and will be calling managment.

My orders are consistently incorrect, lazily thrown together or have raw bacon on them, the people working this location couldn’t make a sandwich to save their life. If corporate cares about the subway name in any form they’ll either shut this location down or have it fully reviewed for months. It’s sad to be let down and scammed out of money just for simply being hungry. It will be the last time they scam me that is Forsure, I will never be returning or ordering again.

Wish i could give -100 stars!! The kid that was working tonight 06/16/24 @ 9:25pm was extremely and I mean extremely rude!!! I placed a mobile order while sitting right there and when it sent I walked up to ask him to put light oil and alot of vinegar and alot of salt and pepper on the cold cut and he blatantly ignored me and when I asked if he heard me he replied really nasty ” YEAH , IM TRYING TO CONCENTRATE” I told him we’ll your working on my order so you need to acknowledge what I am saying to do!!! There is no option to put alot of salt/pepper and vinegar just the option of more, but I wanted more than that! When he was done he put it in a bag and pushed it across the counter, no thank you or have a good evening not a single word and he was rude the man who ordered at the counter while I was doing my mobile order. He doesn’t even deserve the tip I gave and I will be contacting the manager and corporate!!!! The absolute worst service and employee I have ever encountered at the subway!!!!! If he is there I will go to another store!!!

Was just in here not too long ago. Worst experience ever! Not only did the girl admit to not paying attention to anything i said the manager on duty then took over making the sub and then started making what she wanted to and accused me of saying thats what i said when I never told her anything also she never asked what i wanted. Took that meat and threw it back in the bin with the rest of the unused meats and told me to get out. When i called to lodge a complained the manager threatened to call cops on me if i ever went into that store or called again. This location is inside of a Walmart and right next to the doors. Manager’s name is April that did this. Very unproffesional behavior on her part. I will only patronize Subway again by going to other locations now. Thus also feel as though the threats were vague enough to try and include the walmart she has no say so in.

They were extremely pleasant to deal with. But the sub of the of the day for the footlong they didn’t honor the special. Only the 6-in. Big box store available plenty of shopping in the area. Several Banks available car repair centers and auto parts stores in close proximity. Plenty of parking handicap parking available. Handicap access available. Easy to see from road. Quick access the highway and freeway.

Subway is subway. Good for a great sandwich, however, the subway/managers of subway and Wal-Mart (which is the location in norwalk) need to discuss the atmosphere of the dining area. I sat to eat my sandwich. All around me were walmart employees (on their break I assume) yelling to each other, taking up most of the seating and NOT eating. Come on walmart..dont your employees have a designated break room!!
