Tried out this place today with high hopes and they smashed it! We got a garlic parm chicken loaded fries and a bbq jerk chicken loaded fries and when I tell you not only were the portions huge but the sauces were on point! The fries were well seasoned and still held up under the generous and saucy chicken; the gentleman that made our food came out and chatted with us while we ate in the parking lot (we busted them bad boys open they smelled too good not to) and was just as friendly as ever! I’m excited to try every other item from this establishment and hope they get the attention they deserve! Good priced good food 100%

My husband & I have been wanting to try this place for a while because of all the great reviews & the reviewers DO NOT LIE!! The food is DELICIOUS I had the Big Dog Tacos & my hubby had the Street Tacos with chicken!! Of course we shared & they were all soooo yummy from the first bite to the last!! I am a sauce head & the sauces DID NOT disappoint!! The Jerk sauce has the perfect amount of heat & the flavors are delicious!! We met Chef Oday & he’s such a nice man & so is his staff!
Don’t go by the hours listed. We’ve been twice & they were closed. They are definitely not open on Mondays. Just make sure you call first.

So I did a door dash order. A co worker and I paid 88.00, which is ridiculous for one but we chose what we chose. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger basket. First of all, when I got it it looked amazing. But then I went to eat a piece of wing and there was a feather I had to pull out. The fries didn’t taste like garlic Parmesan that I ordered and I asked for no ketchup. On the menu it says it comes with mustard and mayo too. Making my burger dry. And I found a piece of eyelash or a piece of short hair on my fries. For a meal that cost 31.00 is not worth it at all and a waste of money. Honestly so disappointed because I heard great things. Honestly this meals should be 20 max. Not 31. Don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.

The food is so freaking good here. It’s a nice little place. I’ve only had the big dog basket so far but it’s really good their wings with jerk ranch are out of this. Nice family vibe to it I love eating here. I’m really struggling finding the words to say how good the food is you just gotta try it for yourself.

First I want to state this is not the first inconvenience I have had with them when it comes to their hours and the times with no sign and the doors unlocked. I went in 6:00 and the guy said they were closed when their hours say 7:00. That’s cool and all but there was no sign up also the lights were on and the door was unlocked. The guy who is apparently the owner wrote this:
“I’m owner and and manager and chef and we closed early due to me being the only chef available and having an engagement to attend
You came in and I apologized and told you “sorry we are closed and sorry the sign was still on” and then you left (LIES as you will see below)
… thank you for your review and we will not be looking to fix any issue or any further business due to lack of understanding and slander Have a nice day” ( There was no slander when it is the complete truth of what happened i was with the person who made the review that spawned his reply)
If he is a chef the first time I ever came to Big Dog Kitchen (last week) he told me that the chef was gone and won’t be back until 15 minutes cause he is doing a delivery order. So, we’re you lying about the chef being gone or are you the chef??
Nice try. This was not stated to neither me or the other person first off he never mentioned any of the above statement we did not even receive an apology about being closed or about there not being a sign. Since you are trying to cover your self, this is what actually happened:
He sat there in his chair and said “We’re closed ” then looked back in his phone as if it was not a problem that there was no sign and that the door was unlocked. THEN we turned around and left with no explanation.
If you were to say the statement above there would not even have been a review because we are understanding people. Especially me as a VETERAN who has learned patience and understanding.
Also, if you did have an event as the “manager, owner, and chef” there should have at least been a sign stating you were closed. Bad business ethics and very unprofessional. Then your comment on the review was unapologetic and unprofessional when YOU GUYS were in the wrong. No need for the reply of not doing business cause we were never coming back to begin with. Y’all Definitely lost more than a couple customers Have a better day.

Even if “Most customers call first” there should be a sign for people who are just now new to your establishment. Waited for a hour for my food but there were maybe 10 people already ordered and waiting for thier food, so I just sat down listened to the music and chilled. It was worth the wait for me. Food hot and delicious. They were sold out of the trap salad and lamb chops so I will definitely be back to try those items

The food was absolutely amazing! The price u pay is worth it one order is anofe for two meals. I ordered the big dog style loaded fry’s and the favorite is amazing. Will definitely be coming back and sending more business that way
