I just had the worst experience with this place. They are false advertising on their menu. I called to order from the lunch special for business which is free delivery and it says so on the menu. The delivery person did not call when he arrived and when he did he was rude and didn’t even greet me. When I asked for change he looked at me at weird. I asked him why did the price change if the new menu he gave me was the same as the one I already had. He said he didn’t know and just walked away. I ordered the food at 11:06 and the lady who took the order told me 30-40 minutes and it was close to an hour later he came after I called the restaurant three times. I got a grilled chicken salad with a water. The dressing was nasty. The last time I called them the lady Yolanda refused to honor my cash back and I told her that it’s false advertising and I would report her. She told me to do what I have to do and hung up on me. It clearly states that the #9 is $9.95 yet I was charged $13.95. He gave me $6 back. The bread that was on the side was stale and hard. The tomato’s were soggy as well.

Ordered small pizza, shrimp basket and 8 mild buffalo wings. Pizza was good as you can see I ate a slice before I took the pic. Now the shrimp basket, guess I should know better than to order seafood from a pizza store. They were very bland added some seasoning and they were still bland. Buffalo wings, they didn’t smell like buffalo wings so I was already thinking the worse. Opened it up and what is this?? Since when did buffalo mean a mixture of ketchup and bar b que sauce. I don’t know if that’s what they used but that’s what it taste like. 3 stars is for the pizza, everything else was a mess.

I ordered delivery from Feltonville twice a week and they’re very fast, kind, and the food is always fresh. I love that it’s not pork so I can get anything they offer on their menu. I usually go for their meat lovers pizza

However my recent order was very simple…Grilled Chicken Garden Salad no onions or Olives,…lady taking my order repeated it back to me as such but I still had olives in my salad and a large amount of water at the bottom. Love this pizzeria but small slip ups like this is a turn off

I have been ordering from here for 5+ years. & I have always loved the food. In recent months they have someone new answering the phone and she is SO POLITE and professional. The phone etiquette she provides is what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I hope someone important sees this and gives her a raise!

I’ve always liked the food here. We usually get delivery but I opted to pick up our food for our last order. Not only was I greeted cheerfully but I was greeted twice by both of the girls at the counter. They were warm, welcoming, and friendly. You don’t get that at fast-food places anymore. Ever the delivery drivers who had just pulled up as I was leaving said hi and wished me well. It was refreshing to have a delicious meal and great genuine service! Thanks, guys!

I ordered a Beef stromboli, small pepperoni pizza and 10 buffalo wings. After getting home I realized only one side of the pizza had pepperoni, the stromboli had no peppers and onions like I requested (which is typically included automatically). The wings had a ketchup consistency like they mixed it in with the buffalo sauce and they tasted old. I drove back because I couldn’t eat the stromboli it was too bland and I paid for a full pepperoni pizza not half. I get there guy at the counter says filling half the pizza is standard which was crazy! Long story short he remade the stromboli and put pepperoni on the other side of my pizza. Also let me keep the stromboli I brought back. Just threw out the wings can’t have it all lol. Figured that’s just how they make them. Stromboli 7/10, Pizza 10/10, Wings 4/10. Overall, they were really accommodating and wanted to make sure I was happy with my second order before I left.

I don’t know what’s going on over this establishment, the food is going down fast. I live in the neighborhood and I use to order at least twice a week. Since the last month the food has been nasty. I don’t know if it’s a new cook, if it is I would change fast. Cheese steak hoagie, no seasonings not taste except for the mayo. Pizza taste just like mozzarella cheese tomatoes and dough, no spices nothing. I am disappointed I hope they get another cook or retrain who they have. If our neighborhood restaurants can’t keep us coming back, don’t get mad at us.
