Wawa was extra busy with subpar food today. The service is normally good but today something changed. The curbside/pickup worker kept missing items from the 2 orders and had to go back twice to get the missing items. The order was 15-20 min late from my scheduled time and the fact that they kept missing items made my experience less than good today. The food was lukewarm and more cold than warm. The chicken cheese steak sandwich had smaller portions of toppings and less chicken than usual. This was like a bread sandwich with lettuce, cucumbers not crisp but on the way spoiling and a half of a slice of cheese not melted on the side with a tablespoon of chicken. The soup was warm but overall I wasn’t pleased with this experience. Wawa please do better!

The GM is very low key prejudice every time I use this Wawa towards colored.notice the reviews. Only ones giving 5 stars or good reviews are whites. All of the colored people get treated differently. Been watching this Wawa do this for years now. Treat the colored people like we don’t belong. Provided with poor customer service. Today I walk in to get coffee. I used self check. Always grab my paper receipt due to the fact that their always assuming shop lifting. They harass our people and give us a hard time to go. My advice I wouldn’t recommend no colored go here if your not use to prejudice stereotype actions as your shopping your harassed by employees watching the entire time you shop. I was check on my receipt. It bothered me so much I gave the GM the receipt told the GM to keep it and walk away with dissatisfaction from customer service

A worker named Justin got into a heated argument with an older woman in front of all the customers. I came simply for a chicken wrap and left with a complete show. Justin repeatedly asked people if they were stealing and profiled my friend by asking his name multiple times to check his order truly belonged to him. Justin left his drink station after the heated argument and we were left waiting for drinks that were not being prepared. Justin also claimed to be the manager but the wall near the bathroom indicated a woman named Kyrrah being the manager of the store. Overall just an absolute disaster and joke of customer service. Also, at some point Justin started banging on the glass window of the Wawa and yelling through the store. Absolutely mind blowing that he works at Wawa and throws temper tantrums like this.

Hit coffee spilled all over the floor by one of the terminals and no one does anything about it for about 10 minutes. I had to get a bunch of napkins and cover the whole thing cause few people almost slipped.

honestly shout out to everyone who works here. i called and asked if they had any mountain dew voltage and the person who picked up the phone was really fun and nice and she put the last one on hold for me . i wish i remembered her name but SHOUT OUT!! everyone there was really nice about it and everyone knew about it for some reason which was really funny to me. anyways, thank you again for saving me that mtn dew i love you wawa

Such a mess. First, the packaging was so bad it split and was just falling apart to the point you could see the bread?? Second, if I order and pay for extra meat I expect extra meat not half of the normal meat I would have gotten without paying for extra!?? Like what is wrong with this place. See the pictures for what I opened my bag 4 mins down the road from the wawa too!!

On 8/10/22, I purchased two breakfast orders. One order of waffles and bacon from Store #8071 in zip code 19462. I shop here weekly enroute to a client meeting.

The order was mostly black and burnt to a crisp. Totally unedible.

Today, 8/11/22, I’m in zip code 19046 for a weekly allergy shot.

I tried to return the horrible meal to the Wawa at 816 Old York Road which is directly across the street from my allergist.

The manager Shannon, whose badge said, “training manager” stated that she was the manager, when I asked for a higher ranking manager (i.e. her manager) she then stated that she was actually the General Manager, and no one was above her.

I totally get how businesses, and even WAWA are struggling to locate and hire staff. Unfortunately, hiring a rude, flippant, gum popping, warm body, isn’t the solution.

Today’s experience is much less than I expected from WAWA.

Shannon, Manager in Training, must have missed the Customer Service training module because she never even offered apologies but just promptly stated that she cannot accept merchandise from another store.

These 2 WAWA’s are an hour away from each other. I live an hour away from both of these WAWA’s.

After I made a fuss, she looked at my receipt and offered to remake the waffles. Its currently lunchtime and as a diabetic, I do not eat waffles.

Her rude, couldn’t be bothered attitude, just handed me back my receipt and said I’d have to return the food back to the WAWA store of origin.

I asked if the store of origin was a few hours/states away, what option would I have. Over her shoulder and as she was walking away, she blurted out that, “I would need to travel a few hours/states away to have ‘that’ store address the issue.

Courtesy and service go hand and hand.
