Vino’s is an unassuming little pizza shop, but I’m genuinely glad we stopped in and gave it a try. The service was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating for my vegetarian family, which made the whole experience even better.
The pizza was outstanding with a great crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melty mozzarella. The fresh garlic bread was a hit at the table and paired perfectly with the meatball appetizer I ordered to soak up every last bit of sauce.
I also tried the wings, and they were delicious. They recommended a buffalo hot and lemon pepper combo, and I’m glad I trusted them because it was spot on.
The family is already asking to go back, and based on how much we all enjoyed it, Vino’s is definitely getting added to our regular rotation.

Excellent experience at Vino’s Pizzas – Jacksonville
From the moment we walked in, the attention was phenomenal and made us feel very welcome. The service was fast and top-notch, always attentive to every detail. We ordered the white pizza and it was delicious, with incredible flavor and perfectly prepared. To top it all off, the dessert was simply spectacular. Additionally, the place was spotless—very clean and pleasant. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.

I really wanted to live this pizza. Unfortunately it was wet, soggy. I know I got mushrooms and peppers but the water that remained after cooking was a bummer. Ham was near tasteless and in small diced chunks. Crust was why I gave 3 rather than 2. Pepperoni pizza was good, not as soggy. Great staff friendly and the price was very fair.

Left 1 star only to post review. I would not give any stars for suck poor service. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. 1st time trying to bring my wife and elderly Mom to this restaurant. Looked up the menu before we came and was looking forward to a calzone and gyros. They list a combo meal online and I tried to order but was told it was for takeout only. My wife asked if we could order to go but eat it there to enjoy the time out with my mom. Not a single person was in the resturant. We were refused and told we had to pay full price to eat there. Nowhere online does it say it is takeout only. I was hungry and was willing to order anyway until the man taking our order told my wife she was being picky and that there food was overpriced but fresh. We can either pay full price or leave. Then told they don’t put ricotta on a calzone. All the attitude and lack of customer service was unexceptable. We took him up on his suggestion and did not order and will never recommend to anyone. You should speak to your staff and encourage better customer service and a better description for online only options.

Super unassuming place that dishes out delicious pizzas! It certainly seems more of a delivery/pickup place given the cozy size of the dine-in area, but if you’re a sit down type of person, absolutely take a seat and enjoy.
What I got was the Tuesday online order special, which I think is a 10-inch pizza, with the toppings of extra cheese, mushroom, and fresh garlic. The red sauce was very much Italian/NY style, where it’s more of a savory, thinner tomato sauce (as opposed to the slightly sweeter, thicker style like at Papa John’s or any other American chain), which I liked a lot!
The person handling orders and the counter was a very kind and accommodating person. Pizza came out hot and fresh with edges that were crispy.
Definitely coming back to try more of what’s on their menu!

After checking out the reviews and ordering online for our first try at Vino’s we were really hoping to find some good pizza! Our medium, extra crispy crusted deluxe could have been so much better! Hardly any sauce, cheese was sparse and the overall reaction was meh. Bummer. Service was perfect tho – but I can’t eat the service.

When we walked in it smelled like I had just stepped into Italy, we had decided on trying this restaurant because the website had some pretty good deals, however when we made it there we were told that an online or delivery option only. Which is not what there website said, infact it didn’t mention that at all. I have autism and was having a hard time deciding if I wanted to eat there because I had planned one thing but was told everything is full price for dine in.
Which really was confusing, considering it was never mentioned on there website.
My husband wanted a calzone which apparently didn’t come with rocatta cheese, who ever heard of a calzone with out rocatta?
The man wouldn’t let us order take out and eat there.
What a strange dinning experience we didn’t even get to have, the man said I was rude and picky. While being rude himself.
I would recommend to the company to update their website to match said dinning vs online delivery/pick up options. Glad I did find a great dining experience just down the road at Mama’s Pizza where Chelsea was just amazing.
