This is a bit tricky to find but plenty of parking once you get there! Very open bar with tons of tvs and natural light. Great basic menu and reasonably priced i had the club..it was a hard 6 on 10 but nothing special. The cheese and broccoli soup was great tho. Bartender is very attentive tice and nice..easy to chat with and social. They have pull tabs if your into that I am not but do you. Glad I stopped by and worth checking out!!

Ok. I hate to do it, but this place had terrible service. We had to reorder things a couple times after and after waiting for a while the bartender says “Do you all need anything?” After we’ve been waiting for our appetizer for a while (10-15). Then we waited for Togo boxes for too long, and then again had to ask again for the boxes. We would have just left but we needed to pay, and our card had been sitting out for at least 15 min. She just was nowhere near busy enough for that.
She also was ballbusty about the drink I ordered. In a way I found off putting and I am very easy going.
Honestly I saw the reviews for bad service and thought I bet they have worked that stuff out, the reviews are from a while ago, but man, the bartender was super slow and kind of rude. The food was not good enough for that.
Hope they make the adjustments needed.

Walking into the facility, I could immediately tell the place is very clean and kept that way regularly. They have nice outdoor seating with wind blockers and heaters. Nice place to go on Mother’s Day because it wasn’t extremely busy just like everywhere else was. Check out the pictures for menu items, and they even bring you out a sauce basket prior to the meal. Ever Sunday they have bloody marry and mimosa specials. Say hi to Bambi, she’s very nice and makes a great spicy Bloody Mary! She also took great care of us throughout our meal. Biggest chicken strips we’ve ever seen!!!

went in last week for dinner and drinks. horrible service. we waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. what’s worse is that I think they were eavesdropping. I know it sounds crazy, but my husband and I were discussing plans for our summer home and some amenities we plan to install with a remodel up and coming(if someone was listening, they might make the connection that we have money), and then the waitress, a little short brunette thing with way too much attitude(and makeup) comes bouncing up, batting her fake eyelashes at my man like they were old friends. she hit on my husband every time she came to our table. maybe I should be grateful, because she didn’t seem to be paying attention to any of her other tables at all. she barely acknowledged my existence, got my order wrong, and at the end of the whole awful experience, she tried to give my husband her phone number like I wasn’t even there. I had the pleasure of smirking at her when he said “no thank you” and threw it away immediately like it had something sticky on it. I won’t say her name on here out of pity, but it starts with a ‘J’ and rhymes with ‘pill’. will not go back, do not recommend.

Update:The blonde bartender is absolutely horrible. She was so slow and her attitude only made it worse. Drinks went empty multiple times and the entire bar seemed to be ignored. It was only made better when she was slamming dish racks, so unpleasant. Luckily the other girl was awesome as always and provided us another round.
The crowd, live music, food, and other bartenders are great. It’s a shame this girl is allowed to rain on all the good things going for this Dugout.
Great brew taps, pool, darts, clean place ,and authentic people….I came in for a brew and left satisfied. They are great at being who they are!

We went there for New Years eve. Had a really good band and the food was pretty good. I’d go there again. Just off 395 in Kennewick. Theres also one in Pasco and Richland.

5 star, bar experience. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Fast service. The water and beer stayed full. I got the crispy chicken burger. My brothers got the house salad (huge with fresh vegetables) and the Texan burger. The tater tots were perfectly cooked, the right portion, and tasty. Staff brought a carrier with five dipping sauces. The price was right. When I was ready for the bill, the staff quickly took care of me. Not cuisine, but really good bar food.

Service is horrible. Can never get anyone to come to table, even when NOT busy. They need to have a bartender only and at least two waitresses. Food is good and there is potential but definitely needs a change in how they run the place. Sat in a booth for at least 2-1/2 hours and only was helped three times without having to call someone over.
