In my opinion, phenomenal. I grabbed the 3 meat plate, sliced brisket, Turkey, and jalapeño cheese sausage. The two sides were potatoe salad and macaroni. Brisket, delicious. Turkey, delicious. Sausage, delicious. Macaroni was amazing. The cheese sauce was not too thick, not too thin. Flavor all the way. Potato salad was excellent, absolutely enjoyed every bite. I’m full to the gills, and want to eat more. Recommend without a doubt if you are coming through Bryan.

Even before entering the building you can smell the smoke! The smell inside is just as mouth watering! I got the baker with two meats (I got the chopped brisket and sausage), pickled onions and jalapenos, cheese, BBQ sauce and sour cream, and a side of cornbread. Can’t describe it any other way than it was perfect! Everything was so full of flavor but subtle enough to pair things together and still taste each item.
The staff was friendly and professional! The building was clean and well stocked! If I lived here, I would be back daily! Visiting from NH, but when I come back to see my friends again, I WILL return!

I actually loved the food from here. The brisket was great. I also really loved the creamed corn and macaroni! I personally also loved the sauce. A handful of people told me this was the best BBQ in town and now I see why.

I don’t say this often but all of the food was really good. As advertised the brisket was very tender and I loved the smoke taste. I also had the Mac and cheese which was better than most, even my wife’s. The baked beans also had a little something added to them that made them excellent. My daughter ordered the round sweet potatoe cakes. I had a few bites of hers and we both agreed they were the best we have ever had.
Hands down the best bbq in the Brazos Valley, a little pricey but worth it. Not the greatest location but definitely worth the trip.

Passing through on work trip and stopped in for lunch. Sunday afternoon and not crowded. I always gauge BBQ by having the brisket, so ordered the brisket and ribs platter with potato salad and green beans. Potato salad was the star of the show, some of the best I have had from all across the country. On to the brisket and ribs…. brisket was a bit dry and tough and the ribs were fall off the bone, but it was almost as if they had been steamed. I like a little give to my ribs with a nice texture on the outside. Sauce was good and the staff was friendly.

We were a group of 6 visiting from North Texas and I looked hard for a great bbq restaurant in the area prior to our visit. I lucked out when I found this place. Brisket was moist and flavorful. The chicken was perfect. I personally didn’t have the ribs but were told they were good. The sides were good with a nice variety of options. I only gave this place 4 stars because the person running the register the day we were there was paying 0 attention to what we ordered so didnt initially ring up 2 of our meals.She also had to be told I was ready to pay by another employee after I stood waiting for several minutes for her to finish texting. Not exactly the level of customer service you expect when paying $150 for lunch. However, the lady serving the sides was incredibly sweet and the young man serving the meat was patient with us while we decided what we wanted. All in all the food was definitely worth it and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to go back!

Tha real deal BBQ! Usually bbq joints have atleast one weakness. Never been to one that all the meats and the sides were good until today. Fall off the bone smoked to perfection meat with good home cooking sides. Couldn’t ask for more.

Got the Three Meat Plate with chicken, pork ribs, and brisket. Macaroni and cheese and potato salad.
All the meats were perfect and juicy with no dryness. The potato salad was perfect and macaroni while simple was well seasoned to elevate it above baseline.
All and all, great place to eat, fast service, great food.

This place is amazing. Amazing food. Seasoned to literal perfection, the meats are juicy and packed with flavor, the sides alone -highly recommend the cream corn and Mac n cheese- are enough to bring me and my family back. I personally love bbq of all kinds but this place is truly the best in the local area. Can’t forget the staff. Always friendly and welcoming, smiling, and just seem to really enjoy their job. Just an incredible establishment.
