This place is horrible. I walked in to pick my order up; I forgot the name on the order and I left my phone in my car, When I walk in a guy with shaggy hair proceeds to ask what the name is I say a similar name. I proceed to recite the entire order, when a random chud lady walks up and ask for a picture. Honestly I didn’t mind until I get the order and drive home. When I arrive home, I see something leaking all over my seats. 0/10 I hate the place. Management needs to step up….

Victoria was so nice! She helped us know about Wingstop’s good deals available to us and let us know about the new flavor that was recently added. The kitchen staff were also nice, and made sure the food was well prepared and served. We visited on 12/14/25 around 10:00-10:07

Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I ordered a 10-piece bone-in Cajun, only to get home and find the wrong flavor with barely any Cajun seasoning. When I brought the wings back, I asked for fresh fries since I had to make the extra trip—but they declined. I try to support local businesses, but this just isn’t worth the hassle. I’ll gladly drive the extra mile to Woodbridge instead. Take note of the 3.6 Google rating—it speaks for itself.

Took delivery of 24 piece Family Classic order of the Bone-in wings, requested extra crispy which were tasty. However wings were NOT evenly proportioned. Way too many Drummets. I like flats & other family members prefer the Drummets. Out of the 24 wings we ONLY got 8 flats & the rest were Drummets.
Ordered veggie sticks as side instead of French fries, however celery sticks lacked flavor, very tough & extremely stringy so much so we couldn’t eat them but had to trashed them and the carrot sticks were hard, huge and chunky thus we had to cut into smaller edible pieces.
I would NOT recommend ordering the veggie sticks. Unfortunately I didn’t take pic of huge carrots cuts. But loved the Blue cheese dipping sauce I selected, it was very tasty

Our order was wrong. we ordered four combos and did not get any fries and we were missing some chicken wings and a whole order of chicken wings and we figured that out when we got home. I called and explained what was wrong with the order and they told me I could come back and when I went back, I picked up the food without checking thinking that it was going to be correct but when we got home, it was wrong again. They gave us corn instead of chicken and we’re still missing french fries. I called them back to say they got it wrong again and told him my wife didn’t get to eat her dinner and my food was now cold and I asked could you give us a free dinner and he said he would give us two combos that we could get another day. For all of our inconvenience, he should’ve offered to give us a complete full family dinner because we have five people in my family.

By far the worst wings I have had. Order a 10 piece dry lemon. Pepper fried hard. Couldn’t taste the lemon pepper and wings wasn’t fried hard. Fries too salty truly SAD WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION.
