In a town like Ripley, TN it’s nice to see something other than an antique store! Nessa’s Sweets is where you can have your favorite ice cream flavors, but with a twist….or should I say “roll.” It’s a small shop and appears to be a start-up business as it still doesn’t have a large sign on the outside. But, the friendly staff, quality service, and atmosphere of this little shop is worth the trip. The prices were quite affordable. I really like how they make their ice cream. It puts some of the other big box chain creameries we’ve visited to shame. They accept cash and CCs, too. Their hours are amazing. Most places around here close around 4 or they’re not open on weekends. I’m glad to see a business owner who really wants to make a profit in this town, but not out-price the neighborhood. The ice cream we purchased was about $6 each. They sell cupcakes, too! I believe they’re open until 8pm on Saturdays! Overall, it was a great experience.

A very fresh twist on ice cream. They make what you want on the spot. This was a delirious treat and the space was pretty clean but had a little bit of a bare bones vibe. There are seats inside for waiting or eating. Not to worry as they just opened! Everything was prepared correctly and the staff was very friendly. Be patient as it take time to make such a yummy treat! They also have some cakes and cupcakes available. Get out and support a local business, you will love it.

Nessa’s Sweets has uniquely scrumptious rolled ice cream and specialty treats! I love the professionalism of the staff as they prepare your order. Every time I frequent this quaint storefront, it is immaculate! Pricing and quality of their products are comfortable for your pocketbooks and wallets! My family, friends, and I love this place! It’s definitely worth the drive!

I so enjoy watching the friendly staff make my rolled ice cream! I was truly amazed and excited as a kid in a candy store, lol…such a delicious treat!!! I went to Nessa’s looking for something sweet to eat It was my first time to visit. I selected the Butter Pecan roll. It was amazing. The best ice cream I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place to you. It was a lot of ice cream? It’s amazing how they make it and roll it out. That was worth the visit itself. Make sure you visit if you are ever on the square and if your passing through on Hwy 51 the small detour is worth the extra time.

Oh my what a treat! I had a homemade blonde brownie that was absolutely the BEST I’ve ever had in my life! It was topped with homemade, rolled vanilla ice cream that is prepared in front of you. It was a wonderful treat and I plan to return!
