We order from this restaurant every other month about 6-7 boxes IN ADVANCE. Unfortunately, they’ve been late every time. TWICE the pizza has not been sliced as requested, and at times not sliced at all. A few times the pizza has been delivered upside down. Do not call the restaurant if this happens to you, call customer service, take photos and hold the receipt. If they do not compensate, do not order again. Simply ridiculous customer service when calling in. Terrible phone etiquette. Drivers and employees always appear very dirty in appearance.

I usually love Papa John’s but unfortunately this order was a bit disappointing after I had my first slice of pizza and looked down to find that there was a dead bug underneath the pizza sliced that I just took a bite of. I would appreciate if somebody could get back to me about either a refund or another set of pizzas but deff not at this location because I don’t want another dead bugs or worst case scenario the person that is making the pizza is not prolly wearing gloves. Dated, 10/30/2024 at exactly 2:51pm!!!!!!!! Don’t take this as not serious cause If there’s , I will choose it!

I’ve ordered twice from here and the food is just bad. The stuffed crust pizza is 90% crust and then the pizza is super thin. Which makes it so flimsy. Even when I reheat it, it doesn’t get crispy. It’s like soggy pizza. Regular pizza looks stale upon arrival. Just no.

After my recent disappointment with Domino’s I’ve officially switched to Papa John’s. The delivery didn’t take long and was still hot. The crust has a sweetness to it that tastes really good with their garlic butter dip. I’ll never understand the green pepper they put in each but appreciate that they never forget the details ♡ I wish they had side salads but other than that they have yet to let me down!
