The pizza was great! I didn’t know what to expect as far as quality but I was pleasantly surprised. The crust was light and fluffy yet with a light crunch. The Sicilian was very good and ingredients fresh with a robust tomato sauce. I don’t think the meatballs were made in house but they had good flavor and mixed well with the other toppings and sauce. My gf had the prime rib dip that was flavorful and juicy with beer battered fries. My older daughter inhaled a wrap and Ceasar salad. Younger daughter had the Mac and cheese with fries and a cookie! The chocolate lave cake was perfect as well! I would definitely recommend stopping if you’re in town. The service was even better than the food. Our waitress was great especially with my youngest (3yr old) who can be a bit crazy. Haha Definitely a family friendly place.

Service and Food are Excellent. SUE is charming and the Chicken Wild Rice Soup is Amazing. There is a Musty Smell for the first few minutes but after that it’s not noticeable.

We travel the country full-time and love finding places like this. We were in town for our first Potato Days and came here for dinner when we got into town. The staff was super friendly, the beer selection was great, the pizza is famous. They had an outside beer tent during the festival. So smart.

Went there to try something local and different. The pizza for dine-in looked like one slice was taken , but when we ordered the to-go pizza, it looked complete. We also ordered the french dip sandwich with waffle fries. The food was delicious. The price wasn’t too bad. The service and atmosphere were good.

Good food and service. But why would you cheap out on tartare sauce that isn’t house made? Gas station condiments should be used on good food!

First off, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The large menu has something for everyone and even a bowl of ice water for our dog.
The meals were great, the beer came in GIANT glasses and the total bill was very reasonable.
This place is highly recommended and you should make a point to drop in if you’re passing.

We recently dined at the Purple Goose Eatery and Drinkery and had a fantastic experience. Jamie, our server/bartender, was attentive and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. We started with the duck wontons, which were absolutely delicious. The beer cheese soup was rich and flavorful, and for our main courses, we had the BLT and the Parmesan Crusted Turkey Bacon Melt, both of which were outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. If you’re driving through, definitely make a stop at the Purple Goose Eatery and Drinkery. You won’t be disappointed!
