I have to say, my dinner was perfection at its best. I was concerned about trying their food due to stomach issues, but there were none after eating my dinner.
I had a red chili burrito, and it honestly tasted like my own red chile. It was delicious!
Our server, Nathaniel Arroyo, provided superb customer service as well

Please keep in mind; this was a DoorDash order, which ultimately comes to your own opinion with the matter: The stuffed sopapilla plate was exceptional, and they did follow instructions… But when I dug into the chips and queso it became very apparent I was given leftovers from prior orders. The chips within the bag had crusted over pieces of chile and cheese obviously from the queso dip from who knows how long ago. That has to be illegal and obviously against food safety orders. Do better.
Unfortunately I ate some of my plate before realizing or I would have tossed the entire order in the trash.

It definitely taste authentic. I would have given it 5 stars but come on guys, 2.25 for an egg????? Then the waiters explanation is the price off eggs are too high. This is not nice El Sombrero!!! Play nice!!!

I like that they have different specials. Overall good quality. Everything is to go. They don’t have dine in. They do forget to give you utensils sometimes, and they should put napkins in every order. Usually pretty fast and friendly staff.

Great food, but 20 minutes for an “express” order is ridiculous. Would highly recommend the chips, salsa, enchiladas, beans, rice, queso. All the things. But go to the regular sit down El Sombreros with better service and atmosphere.
