Ava who made my coffee and took my payment was awesome. I am trying to quit drinking coffee due to health issues, needing a healthier option. She was so sweet and made me a great matcha to try. She is the reason I give the 5 stars. There was another worker, I believe the manager and she seemed a bit rude. Other than that, this is my second time coming here and both times my service was great! Friendly people.

Spent $25 on coffe and food and got hassled about plastic spoons. Young woman working the drive through window was very rude for the inconvenience of reaching over and grabbing a spoon. Good thing there are multiple locations. Won’t be back to this one.

I woke up this morning and thought I want a fresh pumpkin spice latte. I got in my car and then realized I was on empty so I had to refill my car just so I can make it to Starbucks on the way to school. I arrive at Starbucks. I pull up to the drive-through that I asked. Can I get a large pumpkin spice latte? They don’t have it anymore so I order a chai tea latte in sadness and my entire drive to school was horrible. This is my petition for pumpkin spice lattes to be on the menu year round.

The drive Thru Lady was totally negative with me and told me my drink was made right when on the label it said a strawberry acai and i asked for a strawberry acai lemonade. they didnt even fill it up to the bottom of the lid and totally had an attitude. I went back to the drive-through and she gave me a lot of ice and I had to tell her to put lemonade in my drink. When I told her the first time that she didn’t put lemonade in it she finally made my drink right, but they did not have any manners and didn’t even tell me have a good day either time or please or thank you or sorry

Lovely place I just wish I could say the same for the people and drinks… I paid $10 for a small coffee (that included the tip) and they was kinda rude in my opinion , barely said or even looked at me. the coffee tasted black.. , when I tired explaining it didn’t taste right , I was told “that’s how it comes I can’t change it” (I got the caramel latte).
Coffee crossing is right across the street and they have the biggest smiles and always greetings you !

I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and keep in mind that anytime a brand new business is first opening, there’s going to some trial and error. I visit this location frequently, and I can tell you that the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide a great experience. The store is clean, modern, and comfortable, and my coffee is always ready on time when placing a mobile order.

Sellersburg isn’t really supporting this place and I felt pretty angry and sad that they aren’t getting a fair chance to thrive.
So, today I went and the order taking went smoothly. Kind and patient. But then at the window, she was incredibly dismissive, bored looking and my opinion, rude. I paid with a card and while waiting (not having cash, for tip and the card reader didn’t prompt me to tip- I searched for as much quarters, dimes and nickles totalling 5 bucks.)
When I let her know I didn’t have more than 2 dollars in cash and have the rest in change, she just ignored me. Wouldn’t take it. She shut the door and took the other order.
Confused, I laid the container I had for her on the metal table, waited for her to take it but she didn’t look back or acknowledge. So after a couple minutes thinking about it- I took my change back.
I realize reacting to the tip isn’t part of customer service but you’d think it would be at least appreciated or a smile at the least, to receive anything. Being a first time customer, I start with an average tip but then after that, my tip matches my cost of what I bought. Example if I have an $8.50 charge, I give $8.50 or even a 10 if they are kind. My total was $20 and had she been appreciative, I would of went to an atm and came back with a better tip. I believe people are not tipping what servers and baristas deserve. I like to toss in enough to cover a couple tips for the customers the do not tip or tip a dollar or two. But I can’t do that to a business that does not care about their customer’s effort to give a tip. I searched my entire car to show my appreciation to them… but I got ignored and a door shut in my face. Back to Starlight coffee I guess.
Ps… I recommend the summer skies Boba with lemonade if anything.

Gal who took my order was pleasant. Incredibly long wait. By the time my “hot” coffee was served to me, was cold. Same gal who took my order saw me waiting and brought me the coffee. This stop took me 30 min for just a cup of lukewarm coffee. Disappointing.
