We had Paige as our waitress and the service was absolutely horrible! One of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced from a server… She hollered at an elderly lady sitting near us about bacon. Then proceeded to try to argue with us at the counter when we told the owner about her behavior. The owner was not apologetic at all about how his server acted even in his presence. Needless to say we will not be going back. Food was mediocre at best, bland, no seasoning, sausage was not even edible. GO TO MERK’S INSTEAD!

The food was worth the wait. The service is quite slow but that’s only because there aren’t too many hands in the kitchen. Everything taste like Grandma made it.

We were very skeptical, the facility and atmosphere was questionable and didn’t appear very clean. We didn’t have another breakfast option so we stayed. I am glad we did because the service was great and food was delicious. It is just an older diner that has no bells and whistles, but the food tasted good and the people were super friendly.

Delicious, down-home, country style food with fair pricing and acceptable portions. Plenty of seating and polite wait staff.
Had a nice brunch in mid-week, not too crowded and very friendly atmosphere.
The eggs were cooked as ordered and the grits and gravy were nice. I liked the toasted biscuits, a nice little variation on your typical biscuit. Worked will with jelly or gravy.
I didn’t see the combination that I was looking for, but ordering the Lite plate and the couple sides to meet my desires was about the same cost as the larger breakfast platters.

The local artwork to view and purchase is also a nice addition.

We came across this place by accident as we were driving through town, and decided to stop in for lunch. The staff was very friendly, and service was great. While the menu was extensive, there were almost no options for vegetarians. Our wraps were good, and made exactly as requested, but we found them to be a little small. Further, we thought the potato chips served in the bag was not a nice presentation. The pie we had for dessert was delicious. If you’re not vegetarian, there are many options and you’ll most likely enjoy your visit. Be prepared for your bill to be higher than prices listed on the menu. There is a sign warning of this on the front door, but as other customers have commented, you may be surprised by how much more your bill will be.

Not the best. We were seated quickly. The restaurant was about a third full. We ordered quickly but then waited almost an hour for our food. Food was average. Wife’s order was cold. Older lady that sat us was very nice. This was our second time here. Might try it once more in 6 months or so.
