Inside the building was nice looking, tables big enough for larger families. I order my food on the app, I was in the parking lot, i prefer it that way, this way if there is a line I don’t have to worry about it. Went in grab my food, took a bite and it was luke warm like they grab an old order and gave it to me. I would understand if I was late, or drove home to eat, but right there in the restaurant it should be hot.

Went through the drive thru to get two chicken nugget meals. The lady who took my order was a little rude. The place is right next to Bear Valley, which ofc, is pretty loud so I’d understand if neither of us could hear each other well. I drove up and I could hear her angrily screaming at her coworker on how a customer wanted their burger to be specifically made. (She had buzzed hair, on the heavier side, had glasses on). I couldn’t see who she was yelling at, but I felt bad! I pulled up and got my food. The older lady at the second window was extremely sweet and made sure I had everything. I know some days could be rough especially in the fast food industry, but no need to take it out on your coworkers! 🙁

I mean it’s a McDonald’s, one of the cleaner ones in the area, and when their ice cream machine is working (which is surprisingly most of the time even in the summer) it’s great! Love the manager who works in the morning because she’s very nice about letting you know when it’s not working and giving you a full refund with no hassle. I asked for a drink carrier for only two drinks and the worker who was giving me my order made it work by giving me a Uber eats bag with the two drink holders in it since they didn’t have any that carry only two. You’ll always find that the unhoused gather there as the day goes on, sometimes it’s one and sometimes it’s many, but don’t let that deter you. No one’s ever asked for money nor has there ever been any incidents. This is probably my favorite McDonald’s in Victorville & Hesperia I’ve been to. I like to sit there and just eat my ice cream, maybe look out the windows or put my earphones in and sit in the corner watching a movie on my phone under the a/c in the summer, specifically. In colder weather I usually just do takeout usually just for breakfast on my way home in the mornings.

A typical McDonald’s visit for us. Food is good, atmosphere was very clean. Would just like to acknowledge Tiffany. She is a cashier and she cleans the sitting area. She made sure we were always ok, she grabbed us everything we needed, and even took the time to talk to my daughter and gave her some stickers. My daughter was so happy. She is such a sweet kind soul. She made our visit very pleasant.

Just came by to this New Mc Donald’s Location today. Their Ice Cream Machine Works… Right next to the Hospital…. There’s Plenty of Construction Still Going on in the Desert but Developments are improving. Hope they keep this place up to par…. The manager was really nice and on point. Will be coming back here soon.

Be sure to check your order. Five different people came in to complain about their orders either being wrong or missing items. My order was wrong as well. Asked for extra onions on my cheeseburger and got no onions. Filet-O-Fish was good.

This McDonald’s location needs serious improvement. The wait time was ridiculously long, even though it wasn’t busy. The staff acted like they had no urgency at all — moving slowly, talking among themselves, and clearly not prioritizing customer orders. It felt like they just didn’t care.
Fast food should be fast, but this was the complete opposite. If this is how they operate regularly, I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional experience overall.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this McDonald’s was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that professionalism was lacking across the board. Staff were disorganized, inattentive, and at times outright rude. Orders were wrong, the restaurant was dirty, and no one seemed to care about customer service or basic standards.
It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand fail to meet even the most basic expectations. Management clearly needs to step in and take accountability for the poor service and lack of training. I hope this location seriously re-evaluates how it operates before more customers walk away dissatisfied.

The staff at this location seriously need more training in both food preparation and customer service. I placed an order online and was given half a sandwich and cold fries — completely unacceptable.
When I asked for the corporate number, an employee named Anthony(manager) said he didn’t even know what his corporate’s phone number .Instead, he gave me the store’s phone number. That kind of response is honestly embarrassing and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
