Over all food was good. From California so hard to get that Mexican food here in Washington but the lengua tacos and carne asada sopas were good.

Tacos are pretty good and flavorful but 3 dollars each is kinda high. Breakfast burrito was tasty and good size for the price. Burritos needed just a little more egg. Salsa’s are excellent, good spice. Staff is quick and friendly.

Went to the gas station and stumbled on this hidden gem. I had the lengua and tripe taco and let me say this place is Very authentic and delicious! The tripe was crispy like pork belly. The lengua was very soft . I would definitely come back !

Another food truck to rate, this one is in Everett parked on a shell gas station. I got asada and al pastor tacos and as you can see the portions were relatively large!. Which is good and cant complain, but because the rajn i had to take the food to go. Tables and seat were wet. Although on a nice day i would dine in. The food itself i would say is one of my favorites trucks. The meat was cooked perfectly and the pastor was nice and juicy. Again no pineapple im starting to think that’s not a good thing here in Washington. Tortilla were made perfectly and loved when you take that bite and you got the meat falling from the tortilla. You know is good. I would definitely recommend this truck. Price was fair i paid about $14 for 4 tacos. They do have a card pos so no need to pull out any cash. Another day another truck for me. Thank you all for reading

Overall pretty great. Location wise it’s a nice spot with a lot of parking in a shell station and a lot of seating including a cool hut with a patio heater. Organised and clean. Menu is a nice assortment but worth noting pollo asado which it seems is less common for Mexican in Seattle (compared to Tinga or other stewed chicken). Burrito with pollo asado was excellent. Tacos de carnitas, cabeza, and pastor, all great. Decided to go nuts and get the deluxe nachos with pollo and it was a great choice. Not your average mountain of chips and cheese- tons of beans, lettuce, tomato. Could easily feed a couple on that order of nachos alone.

The meat is very dry. The tacos are $3.50 apiece, which is outrageous for a tiny little taco. The size it was. Overall, the food is very mid. I rate this place a two star hopefully They can improve.

Service was great! Food was delicious. They did not skimp on the meat. My tacos were fully loaded and so good! I’m also usually picky about beans but this is one place I will order beans on the side.

It’s a little tricky to get to because it is on a really busy street. Had six asada tacos. A lot of food for the money. Tasty and man, it was done in two minutes.

Really great food! I ordered the tripe tacos and asked for the meat to be extra crispy. Turned out to be the right choice as these tacos were one of the best ones I had! I also highly recommend the horchata!
