Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken was dry and hard as a rock. The sauce had no flavor, but you can see by photo with the abundance of sauce, they tried to hide how bad the chicken is. All in all, it was a very disappointing meal, service and atmosphere. Don’t waste your money or time going.

I have lived in the area for so many years and finally decided to stop by and see what the hype is all about. For many years locals from Dover have talked wonders about this place and it’s food. I was finally able to try it out for myself and it lived up to all my expectations starting from the ambience all the way to the dessert. My wife visited with our two little ones and our server was so pleasant and helpful. I Highly recommend the zippy wings and the shrimp scampi. The only letdown was the mosquitoes outside when it started getting dark, but I understand dining outside due to covid is something everyone needs to perfect with time. Aside from this we had a great experience and would definitely go back soon.

Loved everything! Started with the clams casino and the fried green tomatoes. Asked for some ranch on the side for the tomatoes. Both were amazing and their ranch is insane! House Italian salads were good as well as the bread. Entrees were the chicken cordon Bleu, chicken scarpariello, carlo’s country chicken, and the penne vodka. All were amazing but there is a reason they underline that the penne vodka is a cream sauce, as the tomatoes are chopped and added in and not a base of the sauce – so not what you would traditionally expect from a vodka sauce. I couldn’t decide between the Alfredo and the vodka sauce so this was perfect for me.

My boyfriend and I visited Charlotte’s Web for our Valentines dinner. After we were sat we were greeted by the lovely Kathy. Kathy is an amazing asset to Charlotte’s Web. She has such a kind and genuine ambiance. In addition, she was a plethora of knowledge in regards to the menu and helped us pick our appetizer and entrees. Our food was delicious and we had much to bring home with us. We will definitely be coming back.
