My wonton soup tasted freezer burnt, was hard, and the soup tasted spoiled and had a strange film on it. My friend’s twice cooked pork also tasted off. They gave my food to the wrong person and refused to remake it. And no one got their fried rice that we were supposed to get with our meals.
The only thing they brought out correctly was the fried wonton and egg rolls but the egg roll tasted spoiled as well. The sweet and sour sauce was extremely watery.
The last time I came here it was during the lunch buffet and the food was cold. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. Guaranteed the food isn’t fresh. Not even a little.

This place is a gem! The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and nice. I ordered take out, the vegetable mu shu and vegetable lo mein, and both were very delicious! I will definitely be back.

We purchased a take out order on Dec 16 2024, they made a mistake on the order , corrected the order and then we were double charged , they voided sale and gave us receipt for both, when I checked with discover card there was a double charge and no void or refund.i have spent the last 4 weeks visiting the place once a week, even let them take pictures of the receipts and a picture of my discover app showing the double charges. They said they would call me to settle this matter. We have lived and eaten ocean pearl for 20yrs on the westernslope both delta and craig. We are very disappointed that they don’t take care of there customers even as simple as a gift certificate to settle the matter , hopefully someone at the restaurant or there finance dept will contact us before I file a dispute with discover credit card company, discover card has all the information I shared, there recommendation was to try and correct it at the store. But it’s not working, the gentleman that took the pictures has my name and phone # and should contact me so we can change this review and not file a dispute with discover card
