Excellent coffee. Not ripping hot. Perfect drinking temp. Nicely roasted beans, not burnt like Starbucks, just a good medium espresso roast by the taste of it. Well done. Glad I tipped.

I used to love beans and brew, it was our preferred coffee shop. It seems as if over the years the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. At this point, I’m surprised I don’t get charged just for walking through the doors. My last time there was all around not a great experience. I feel like I’m paying $7 for a hot cup of milk with no coffee. The table we sat at felt like, from the table top to the legs it was going to fall apart. To top it all off, the workers were casually dropping the F word every other sentence for everyone in the shop to hear, with no regard to the costumers. This place has become overpriced and not worth it.

I’ve been here many times and someone that really stands out at doing a fantastic job is Gabrielle. She makes the drinks with the upmost care. She knows how to treat customers the right way and I always come back because of the great service she provides. I would definitely come back but only if Gabrielle is working. She is really outstanding.

I love this location. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. Plus, they offer a quality product. I also enjoy taking advantage of the free internet they provide. Overall, this Beans & Brews location is worth checking out.

This place genuinely sucks. My sister and I have tried to give it multiple chances since we work nearby and are always wanting some Beans & Brews. I have never written a review for any place before but truly the employees here on something all the time. Every time we have ordered they’ve always forgotten to add something to the drink like soft top and that literally costs an extra dollar on the drink itself already. Every employee we have had to talk to about this has been plain rude about having to re-make the drink and almost get aggressive when giving the drink to us. I do not recommend this place especially when ordering online.

This is a cozy place to get something to drink (non-alcoholic). They have pink drink which tastes like strawberry milk – very different from the one at Starbucks.
