Love this place specifically for my Boba. They have several fruity flavors and a great selection of donuts of course. They’re fairly priced and I have become partial to a few of the ladies but their staff overall have been really nice.

My wife and I came here for the first time today because we heard that they have amazing donuts. They did not disappoint. I got the blueberry cheesecake donut, and that icing was top-notch. Usually, cream cheese icing is artificial tasting and weird, but this was not. It was subtly sweet, too, so it didn’t take away from the donut, and the donut wasn’t too sweet. I got their jack’d sweet tea (strawberry), and it was good but way too sweet. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusted. My children and I went in 10/3 and the donut cases were covered in gnats and flies, multiple flies sitting directly on different donuts. I told the lady and she smiled saying “yeaaah”. Will not be going back nor advising friends or family to.

It seemed really clean the girl was very polite to us. She didn’t try many of the donuts I wanted to try but she said they were great sellers. The Carmel nut roll donut was kinda tough not soft as a donut should be. The bacon maple was tough to cut as well. Not sure why that is…Im a foodies and love to review foods and different experiences I have over 880,million views…I had Jacks donuts in indy and they were so soft and moist. These were not the same. The maple frosting was like 1/2 inch thick under the bacon and the bacon was not crispy it was chewy and on the hard side. Not sure if I will try again..

I ordered Jacks Donuts with UberEats and highly recommend. Fast service and I ordered a half dozen but they gave me a whole dozen …perhaps because I’m a first time customer!? Regardless very thankful for this fantastic first experience with Jacks.

Donuts are huge and soft. I’m a fan of the Bavarian cream ones and they are packed full of cream unlike most that have just a dab in the center. $18 for a dozen at the time of this review is a pretty good price, $20 if you get a couple dozen holes with them. The staff is mainly young girls that are super nice and friendly but professional and seem to like their jobs. The atmosphere says standard donut shop but is more bright and welcoming by then say Dan’s donuts that’s been around for decades and hasn’t changed. I’ll be back for sure likely next week to get some more.

Not over priced, but the donuts were over sized. I loved it, I thought I could eat three, so that’s how many I ordered. I mean they are JUST donuts, right! Oh contrare, I could only eat one and a half, the were so big and filling. That’s okay, they also had fabulous coffee to wash it down and some “to-go” bags. They have multiple coffee choices too. I will definitely eat there again if I am near.
