Tresind Studio is one of the most unique and creative dining experiences we’ve ever had, and easily one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere in the world.

The menu takes you on a journey through India, and the storytelling throughout the experience was genuinely engaging. The team executed with precision, and the food was consistently delicious from start to finish.

A quick note on pacing: the flow is fast. Go hungry and you won’t be bored – there’s constant momentum and a lot to take in.

If I had any minor feedback, it would be around a couple of small “extra touch” moments. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful, but I would have loved a bit more warmth and personalized guest connection to make it feel even more at-home. And I was a little surprised the chef didn’t come out to greet tables, which I tend to expect in a setting like this.

All that said, these are small details in an otherwise exceptional experience. We loved it and would absolutely recommend it.

Dining at a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Dubai felt nothing short of an out-of-body experience. From the very first moment, it was clear that this was not merely a meal, but a carefully orchestrated sensory journey.

The presentation of each dish was fascinating and utterly unique — edible works of art that blurred the line between cuisine and sculpture. Every plate arrived like a masterpiece, thoughtfully composed with vibrant colors, delicate textures, and dramatic visual contrasts. The creativity was evident not only in the ingredients, but in the storytelling behind each course.

What made the experience even more extraordinary was the synchronized service. The entire team of waiters moved in perfect harmony, presenting and placing each dish simultaneously with graceful precision. It felt theatrical yet intimate — a performance designed entirely for the guest. The coordination, timing, and attention to detail elevated the meal into a seamless, immersive experience.

The service was impeccable: warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable. Each explanation enriched the tasting, guiding us through the inspiration and origins of the flavors.

And the flavors — they were unforgettable. Aromatic spices from India unfolded in layers: fragrant cardamom, smoky cumin, toasted coriander, hints of saffron, and the subtle heat of chili. The air carried delicate notes of roasted spices and clarified butter, blending sweetness, earthiness, and gentle heat. Every bite was complex yet perfectly balanced, awakening the senses in waves.

It was more than satisfaction — it was transcendence. A celebration of artistry, culture, precision, and passion, all captured in one extraordinary evening.

An unforgettable experience at Trésind Studio

Last night’s Taste of India tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. It is rare to experience such a high level of craftsmanship, humility, and genuine love for the art of cooking in one place.

Every dish was breathtaking — not only in flavor, but also in presentation. Each course felt like a carefully composed piece of art, deeply respectful of Indian culinary heritage while telling a modern, creative story.

What truly stood out was the impeccable organization and professionalism of the entire team. The evening flowed seamlessly, with a calm confidence and warmth that made us feel genuinely cared for. Every detail reflected dedication, passion, and respect for both the cuisine and the guests.

We deeply appreciate the work and commitment behind what Trésind Studio creates. This was not just a dinner, but a meaningful and memorable experience that we will carry with us for a long time.

Thank you for an exceptional evening — what you have built is truly special.

What an unbelievable experience. It’s clear to see why this is regarded as one of the best restaurants in the world. Everything is very clinical and precise, but it’s not stuffy at any point. The bravado adds to the joy, with clear explanations of what you’re eating, where it comes from, and it’s clear to see that a lot of thought has been put into the menu.
The food is delicious. Sublime! Every tastebud tingles with delight during and after every dish. The standout dish was the foie gras and duck salami, but everything was spectacular. You’ll eat dishes you didn’t know existed, and you’ll leave astonished, satisfied and wanting to book your next fine dining experience. A true gem of the Michelin guide.
One thing to note is that they have one table for 5 people, and 5 tables for 2 people, so this is not a place for large groups.
Big shout out to the staff and chefs who do an amazing job to keep everything ticking like clockwork, and for the unbelievable level of consistency in the dishes, especially under the pressure of an open kitchen! Thank you!
Definitely one to enjoy when in Dubai. It’s pricey, but well worth it when you compare it to other tasting menus around the world that cost a lot more and offer much less! Kudos to everyone at Tresind Studio

This place is an absolute must-try. We celebrated my dad’s birthday and mine here, and the staff genuinely made it an evening to remember.

Chef Himanshu has curated a brilliant culinary journey that showcases flavours from across India. Every course was beautifully crafted, thoughtfully presented, and carried its own story — a true masterpiece from start to finish.

The ambience was spot-on, with the music subtly shifting to match each course. Our host took great care of us throughout the night. The spacing between tables offered just the right amount of privacy, and their cocktail selection was exceptional.

To top it all off, the team surprised us with two stunning paintings by their in-house artist as birthday gifts. It’s these thoughtful touches and dedication to the guest experience that make them deserving of three Michelin stars.

Keep up the amazing work, team.

From,

Even a five-star rating feels insufficient to capture this experience. From the moment I arrived to the final farewell, every detail was handled with care and precision. The food was outstanding—thoughtful, refined, and truly memorable—while the service was warm, attentive, and perfectly balanced.

Having dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, I can confidently say this has been my favorite experience so far. It will be hard for any future visit elsewhere to top what was delivered here. I will definitely return. Even the music playlist was impeccably curated and added a great finishing touch.

The only Indian restaurant to hold Three Stars in Michelin, and convincingly so. An intimate six table setting frames a tasting menu that moves with intelligence through five regions in India, each expressed with clarity and theatre.

What elevates Trèsind Studio beyond technical excellence is its pace and atmosphere. Time is shaped rather than filled and the room subtly adjusts around the diner. The experience unfolds with an air of inevitability. A kitchen of rare confidence, and one well worth returning to.

Magical experience, I’m not sure there’s enough hyperbole to outline how immense this evening was. The chefs are wizards, taking a genuinely creative twist on typical flavours I’ve experienced throughout my life (haleem, baker khani). The flavours are well balanced but equally intense, I loved how the heat levels were not adjusted or watered down for a 3* kitchen, it’s truly unapologetic and really the way it should be! The dishes are beautifully presented, down to the smallest of details such as the cutlery and crockery.

The restaurant runs like a well conducted orchestra, the dining experience is intimate and personalized, all the staff are highly personable and clearly passionate in their craft.

This is a place you should come to Dubai to visit, the rest is just noise, I won’t ever forget this meal and it’ll be my sole reason to return to this city. I’ve visited many 3*s but Tresind Studios easily stands above the rest, it is a truly innovative, delicious and uncompromising place to visit. I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long long time.

From the moment you arrive, you will realise this is no ordinary dining experience. Trèsind has done what no other Indian restaurant has done, rightfully gaining its 3rd star. It faithfully reproduces the various flavours of Indian regions, with a member of staff explaining how different geographic areas arrived (or adapted to) certain cooking.

Most surprisingly, the drinks pairing was also impeccable. Indian restaurants are notable for their poor cocktails, despite the rich breadth of flavours available to exploit. Not here! Every drink, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, served as a perfect complement to the taste explosions on the plates.

10/10, 5 stars, would repeat. Spend a lot of money and treat yourself!
