We had a great evening at Graziella. Clarissa, Nicola, Fabio and Daniele were very attentive and gave great recommendations, the new wine list (they mentioned it was the first day) was great with some very special wines. We started with some apperitivo to share and then had the pesce crudo and vitello tonato, both were outstanding. The pesce crudo also looked like a work of art, very balanced and great dish. The ravioli and beef tagliata was up for the main and this was again outstanding, make sure to try the polenta fries. As a dessert we both had a tiramisu which was the perfect closure of the evening.

Stumbled at Trattoria Graziella one night when I had no dinner reservation and they were so nice and accommodating even though we were walk-ins. The atmosphere was elegant and quiet, our server was lovely and the food was really delicious! The burrata was spot on, the scallop crudo delicious, the focaccia was perfect, and the drinks were great too. Definitely a place to place a visit to.

Food was great! But the service? Terrible! From the second i opened the door! I think the employees working in Trattoria have never heard of customer friendlieness! And for me as a former employee of Hotel de l’europe, it was actually very disappointing and schocking. If you can get such a terrible service in place like Hotel de l’ europe, than it’s the end of the hospitality… and for God sake how the chef can serve the desert in the plate what is broken and it’s impossible he did not see it?! It would be a good idea for Trattoria team to take a customer service lessons from the old team like Kostas, Nieta, Vicky and Farley. Those are really customer friendly employees. The only person i saw understood a bit from the customer service was a young lady with curley hair. The rest! I had a feeling i came to cheap snackbar type of bistro.

Upsetting restaurant, Italian food but no salt or flavor. Portions are small and doesn’t have personality.
The carpaccio was good quality meat, however no flavor and toppings were not good. Food looks pretty and platting was nice.
Pasta was also unflavored. I ask for a salt and took 10 min for someone to pick for me. I have to request several times.
The desert, was good taste, but they put too much salt on it. It would be better smaller flakes.
The bill was the same of any top restaurant of Amsterdam, but with definitely one of the worst food.
As feedback to the restaurant. Give training to the waitress, some of them are good, but several there didn’t know what to do.

Lovely restaurant atmosphere with perfect location in the center of Amsterdam. Service outstanding, thanks to Anna who explain the menu and suggestions, with great eye for detail. Food was amazing, we tried some small bites and specials, great presentation and taste. Italian spirit and flavours at his best.

Incredible service and beautiful ambiance. I can’t help but feel like the food could have been better (with the exception of the risotto). Gourmet food doesn’t have to mean that stay hungry after dinner. finding a happy balance of flavor and portion would be much appreciated. The staff were nice and we had a wonderful experience nonetheless!

Very good italian Restaurant in the Centre of Amsterdam.
As Aperitivo i had the Open Ravioli with Shrimps and Cocktail Creme, nice crunchy little Snack.
My Starter was the Bruschetta, good Sourdough Bread, 2 of them topped with some Pesto and Tomatoes and the other 2 with Burrata and some fish. Everything tasted very fresh and good.
After that i ordered the Ziti alla Genovese and i liked them alot, the Parmesan was perfect for that Pasta.
As Dessert i had an Affogato al caffè, also very delicious.
And at the End i want to point out that the whole Staff made an extremely good Job, i really enjoyed that.
And you can be sure that i will come back.

Absolutely amazing staff and even more phenomenal food. We started with appetizers that already sent our taste buds into a different dimension. I already love carpaccio but to have such tasteful and fresh carpaccio was such a find in The Netherlands. The pairing went well even without truffle mayo. My partner had the appetizer with a tuna sauce and for someone that doesn’t fancy tuna, he said the sauce brought everything together. The veal was so tender!
For main course we could not choose between ravioli, risotto or lasagna so we got all three. Each surpassed one another. We could not choose which we favored. For a person that does not often like tomato, I went back and scooped up that tomato sauce from the lasagna.
Onto desserts, we still could not decide so we got 3. Cannoli, tiramisu and the ciaocollata.. the chocolate cake. We started with cannoli then tiramisu then the chocolate cake. Each delivered different sensations to our taste buds. Just wow. Also got the passion fruit sgroppino and limoncello. 100/10. Best Italian place I’ve been to since moving to the Netherlands 6 years ago.
Everyone made us feel welcomed and genuinely enjoyed our presence there. Got some recommendations and we for sure will be back !!
