We thoroughly enjoyed the food from New China. The food was so fresh & delicious. The customer service on the phone was so good. I just wish we had left overs! We will definitely be ordering again soon. We highly recommend the imperial chicken & egg drop soup!

Food is pretty tasty, but not even close to the best Chinese food I’ve eaten. Friendly service tho.

We always take out our food. We did eat once there, and it was great. Good service. My order is always right and you get a lot of food for the price. Very friendly staff.

Food servings were worth the money but didn’t taste all that great. Young teenaged looking boy at register wasn’t too friendly and had a slight attitude

This truly has to be the worst Chinese, I have ever had.You have to be absolutely delusional if you eat/ate here, and think the food is of an acceptable quality. I wasn’t expecting much, I’m sure you are not either right now, I know you are hungry, probably sitting in your underwear at home, I get it. Please do not make the mistake I made, If I can at least prevent one person from experiencing this culinary calamity, I’ll consider my own misfortune a sacrifice toward the greater good of society.

We order food to go and the owner sat and talked to us while we waited. It was our first time there, we ordered combinations dinner. One was combination lo mein and the other was mandarin chicken and we also got crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious and there was a lot of food. We are definitely going back. Each meal came with fried rice and egg roll

I heard there was new owners so I decided to give lunch a try. It was one of the worst restaurant expierences I’ve had in a while. A large gruff man in open toe shoes paced the entrance area overwhelmed with calls. His customer service skills were lacking on the phone to be heard throughout the building. Our waitress who never introduced herself walked up for the first time and asked If we were ready to order but we hadn’t even put our drinks in yet. Once we did receive drinks we had to request straws. 2 lunches were ordered but only one person at the table was offered soup which is completementary to both meals After one soup came out I asked why I didn’t get a soup and if my meal also came with one to which the waitress replied “you should have told me”. One meal came out while the other took 10 min longer. The waitress said she asked the kitchen to make it a few times but she doesn’t know and it’s coming. Other tables around us got food first even after being seated after.
Overall food was OK. But I will never suggest new china and I will never eat there again. Staff has lack of basic customer service and communication skills
0/10 do not recommend
Also there were signs in the bathroom to please not flush toilet paper.

New China has always been my favorite even with all the different owners throughout the years. Not anymore! The food was not good, didn’t even fill up my plate and I paid $20 for 1 plate. Plus they were rude. Guess I lost my favorite spot!
