This Dominos just delivered a pizza to the wrong address and when someone tries to fix it, they are rude and hang up on you! Was it a close address? No. They were supposed to deliver to the auction and they dropped it off at Best Buy. That’s 2.5 miles off target.
Update: The poor man the pizza was supposed to be delivered to had to get an Uber to go to the shop to fix the issue. They replaced his pizza after he drove all the way up there, but wouldn’t even give him the delivery fee back! He had to endure their absolute disrespect when they were the ones that made a mistake, pay for a ride to Dominos to get a new pizza, and they refused to refund even the delivery fee.

We had a horrible experience with this location. They kept saying our ordered had been delivered through the APP and when we called them but the pizza was never delivered. The second time that we called they said the driver was five minutes away we asked why that was told to us the in the previous call and they didn’t respond to it just said that they will be here in five minutes. We wanted the five minutes and no one came to the door to deliver the pizza.
Each time we call we wait at least five minutes for someone to answer the call. The customer service is awful and we will never be using them again. If you want a pizza it is best to just order through DoorDash even though it is more expensive.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. They were not made very well. Over cooked, hardly any cheese. Took them back and showed the manager Kay. She was pleasant and professional and made it right for us.

I ordered pan pizza and came home to eat slice and it was so greasy couldn’t it . I called store and spoke to Benjamin, he stated this type of pizza is,always greasy. I said this is way too much and can’t eat it, he didn’t offer to make thin crust or another type. So I always choose to order from Domino’s. Well its time to switch. My order was for veggie pizza with double cheese and extra mushrooms. Tell me do you see double cheese nope. And ALL if the vegetables are cold but the pizza is warm. When I say cold its like it came right out of the refrigerator. From looking at it, it seems they made a cheese pizza then threw the veggies in top. Very very disappointed. And No I don’t want it fixed or want anything for free. Just know Hungry Howie’s will get our business going forward.

Very disappointed with tonight’s pan pizza. Ordered it half pepporoni and half cheese with light sauce.
Pizza had way to much cheese. My son didn’t even want to eat it. Had to make him something else. It’s like someone just threw a whole bunch of cheese on topped and hoped it would cook. Tried peeling the cheese off to satisfy my kid and then he complained about too much sauce.
Usually this location is good but tonight was a waste of money.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo bread bowls. The dough was still raw and extremely greasy. The grease was dripping out of the box.
Had to finish cooking the bowl at home.
Extremely disappointed. Spent $50 cause it’s mother’s Day and I didn’t want to cook. ( Ordered 2 pizzas and those were just okay)

This is the worst order ever. I’ve been ordering from this location for years and never had a problem. I ordered 2 large pizzas and bread bites. I guess the bread bites didn’t go through because I didn’t get them and they wasn’t on the receipt. One pizza was the new york style with cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was horrible and it looked like someone spilt buffalo sauce on one of the slices. The other one was thin and crispy with pepperoni and bacon and it was like cardboard. Both pizzas were warm, not hot like they should have been. I hope this was a one time thing because I really like the pizza from here. Oh yeah, I ordered a ceaser salad. I thought they actually made it, but it was an all ready made salad.
