Not the Queen is placed, but not the worst by far!! Service people always seem very friendly and chicken is always excellent. That said, I know i’m old school, But ten dollars for 4 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Seems high. But then I would say architecture has a little bit on the expensive side.

How do you work at a fast food place and not know what’s in the food? I asked if a burrito was spicy — the cashier had no idea. She asked the manager… who also didn’t know. Seriously? Then suddenly the item “wasn’t available” even though it was clearly listed on the menu behind them. At that point, I gave up and ordered something else. Zero product knowledge, no effort, and a frustrating experience overall.

The frys never come out of the kitchen hot and fresh. EVEN WHEN YOU WAIT FOR THEM!!! Ugh…
The drive thru lady was cool. She’s the only reason I leave 2 stars. It’s not her fault the kitchen can’t cook… The 2 young men working were disrespectful. They must be too young to understand the importance of being respectful and courteous to others.
Pizza Hut is better! They have better food, no wait, and the men working there are very respectful. Use this place as a last resort….

Rude chick at window and managment that lies. Got order wrong, didn’t notice that the order was until I go home 15 miles away. Manager claims she was going to send me a coupon for another 12 piece meal but never received it. Went back with exact same results . Everyone makes mistakes but giving people wrong order because you dont wamt to cook is just wrong. Lying about gonns fix it is even worse.

Service was good, but the food was TERRIBLE! The double decker taco supreme tasted like it had been sitting there for hours before I ordered. Obviously pre-assembled, it smelled bad and was soggy. Ended up throwing my entire order in the trash. Don’t waste your money.

I went last night around 8 or 9 pm when we got to the window they provided half of our food and then had us pulled foward which is no issue, the issue is that they took 35 to 40 min to go and give us the rest of our order not only that but when we got home we were missing part of our order. I personally called that same night to let them know they wanted my address so they can send a voucher. I refused to give my address amd I know this is a me problem but I wouldn’t like them having that type of information so what the manager did was write down my name and what I was missing and let the manager from the next shift (morning) that I would be coming for my missing item. I just went and not only was the manager condescending and rude, she also didn’t provide me with my missing food nor a refund she said I can go tomorrow (to waste my time again) and talk to the general manager she was persistent in me giving her my address for the voucher but I am not comfortable giving her my address specially with the customer service I received today
