I ordered a taco12pk supreme 1/2 DLT all no Tomatoes & 2 other items. The 12pk had *3 random DLT with tomatoes & another 2 DLT were split in half and set back in the papershell before they were sent out. Amelia was progressively more rude and annoyed as we placed the order. Her tone and attitude shifted instantly when we began placing our order.
I’m allergic to raw tomatoes my partner is not. Grateful he’s the one who opened the DLT. Not going to the hospital because of negligence is preference.

This isn’t a 1 off either with this Tbell. Multiple of drive-thru cashiers get rude if you’re not pulling up and instantly shouting your order at them.
The order accuracy of this location is seemingly influenced by how irritated the cashier working the window at the time feels about the customers. Night crew here is one of the worst in Vancouver.
Drive the extra distance to any other location if you can. The gas is worth it over the service and illmade food.

What the actual hell is wrong with you guys at this location. Your complete lack of any kind of standards is pathetic.
The tiny amount people actually expect from you as far as standards fell pathetically short of what you delivered.
This is the food your serving to people.

I know we ordered a Mexican Pizza, and this is what we got. Even if all the toppings were not melted off of the “pizza”, you can clearly see the lack of any kind of standards in how it was made.
There went the last chance you may of had for low standards, you are far below terrible standards now.

UPDATE: my husband loves Taco Bell and I was intrigued by their new menu items. We were all pleasantly surprised this time! Better choices, better quality, and better service. They’ve moved up the ratings since improving.
A lot of places are going downhill trying to stay afloat, but serving brown lettuce. C’mon! The potatoes were like rocks as well. I had to spit them out of every bite. I tried to air fry them to revive them and doctored it up to make it edible. This is my last time consuming Taco Bell unless there’s absolutely nothing else available. Service at this location is still lacking years later. You’re not acknowledged for walk-in orders. Or thanked for coming in. Not sure what the allure of this “food” is, but clearly enough people like it to keep the stores open.
I do like the convenient location next to WINCO, but the service could be stepped up a notch. I get that it’s fast food, but still. They barely confirm your order and it feels rushed to go up to the delivery window. Then they practically shove food into your hands not grateful at all that you choose to go there over any of the other gazillion options available. With that said, we haven’t had an issue ordering on the app and getting what we ordered. I discovered tonight that slathering a chicken Flatbread with street corn dip from Costco is actually quite delicious! I recommend trying that!

I came to pick up my order and gave them my name. When my order was ready, the staff just placed it down without telling anyone whose order it was. I ended up waiting extra time until someone finally asked me who I was waiting for a second time. Only then did they give me my order.

Don’t go here late at night it’s the worst absolute slowest crew working. Every night after 11pm you will wait in drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes for a taco.. and that’s the very low end I’m sitting here in like with 6 cars ahead of me for the last 20 already. It’s at a complete stand still and happens EVERY night.
Update – after 45 minutes I have my food. This is my last time eating fast food. This is so absurd.

Idk why but they are always focused on getting the cars out of the drive thru first. Ive been sitting here for almost 30min. Guy at front counter hasn’t been helped for almost 10min. They must be short staffed again.

Expect to wait. This time was 22 minutes after expected time, and previously was over 30 min. I ordered on the app they could have just gave me better estimate and I wouldn’t sit there meaninglessly waiting. Food was fine just constantly behind on orders and no sense of urgency from the crew.

It took over 20 minutes to get our order for dine in. They placed priority on the drive thru and if there’s any cars in line, you will wait. Also the place is an absolute disaster inside. Every table is dirty and the floors are just as bad. The soda dispenser looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.
