As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Really ready for this place to get it back together. Food always delivers but it’s the other things that are problematic. They NEVER use both sides of the drive thru anymore. You use to get through pretty quickly because you had both sides working. And the milkshake/slushy machine has been down for about 6 months if not more. Makes you wonder if they are just getting by. On the bright side, the young lady at the window today was wonderful.

Awesome! The manager was so sweet and her name is Emily W. Also the cashier Megan O. was as well. The entire staff that night we went were, and our food came out fresh and hot. No fry-bombs on Emily’s watch! Highly recommend!

The food was hot and fantastic and served fast, as is nearly always the case with Checkers, consistently. After the drive-through, my family parked and my son and I walked up to the window to order cones and another burger for the family, because growing teenagers eat non-stop! At the window, the young lady was unnecessarily quite rude. There was no one in line rushing her or anything, she just seemed like she was hating life right then. She was beyond unhappy and actually angry. If not for that, the experience was great. I’m sorry for you young lady, I honestly hope your life improves!

Loved this place growing up as a kid, always lived the food but this time the food wasn’t all that. Two months ago, a week after my birthday, me and my family went to get some burgers and I got the chicken sandwich. My mom said it was very greasy and she’s not a big fan of greasy foods. Felt fine that day but the next morning, I felt like I threw up and I felt very ill for two days. After that, my parents and my niece got it. So, we all got food poisoning. I will never go back to Checkers unless if they make better food or hire better workers that can cook and to the person reading this, I would not recommend eating their food unless if you wanna get food poisoning.

I went to the drive through and ordered my food. I repeated my order twice then processed to the window. The young lady didn’t repeat the order, just asked for the money. Gave me the drinks and closed the window. Then she started dancing. She brought the food back. I asked her what order is what. She said it’s on it looking crazy. So I pulled off. My hotel was right down the road. When I walked on and started to eat. My orders was wrong and cold.

Unusually long wait 10 minutes at drive through . 2 hamburgers orders finally came #3 and #4 and they were cold. The guy comes to the window slides it back half way hands the bag out never makes eye contact, doesn’t says thanks or apologizes for the long wait. Not going back. Used to be one of my favorite places.

When you pull up and order something to eat you should get what you want, since you are paying for it. Well everytime I go here before going to work my order be wrong. This has happened on 5 or more occasions. If I say no mustard I mean no mustard! What’s so hard about that! I love getting the fry lovers burgers and spicy chicken sandwich. Word of advice: check your food before pulling off from the window!

Waited 10 mins with only 1car in front of us. They left without food. Once at the window, a young girl that looked like she was mad at the world . No greeting what so ever. Just acted as if she could care less about my order or her job. If ya gonna work with public you have to have a pleasant attitude and show it. Please be nice to your customers or we may not come back

It has great burgers and fries with multiple options of food. No you can’t dine inside but you can eat at the tables outside. You can order your food at the drive through or the two windows outside where you walk up to and wait.
