Very happy seems to be better since i seen new employees working.was terrible. orders were always wrong. I love how the girl natalie makes my ice coffee makes my day each time. Had to address person after waiting to obtain my order language barrier issue. Access to bathroom denied said being cleaned paying customer waited & waited given no access in emergency senior. Slight bit of attitude . I Said you dont need a floor accident told them in spanish supprised that i communicated. owner ignores all complaints i see.. didnt care . Note
( BOARD of HEALTH ) says customers needs access to rest rooms. Violated the law cause it serves food. Note others refused restroom access too. We use several duncan donut stores. Letting corp. Know. Read all low star issues. 1st before posting

Went to this Dunkin today. For the first time in years. And I loved it. The girls working the counter. They also have ice cream as it’s also a Baskin Robbins. A traditional place I grew up with. And still delicious .

I love Dunkin Donuts, but I highly dislike this place. The customer service is not great at all. The benefit of the doubt maybe the young lady had a bad day “wrong” she always have a bad day. Example when one says thank you, the other should say your welcome, but all I’ve received was a silent walk away. Do better Dunkin.

Wow is all I have to say …do not go to this location is what I suggest…staff doesn’t speak good English or understand it for that matter…..went here to have a quick breakfast and after going through a language barrier (i.e having to switch to Spanish).I asked to use restroom I was told it was out of order yet a staff member entered and used the same restroom not 5 minutes later….not a good idea to employ staff who feel like the paying customer doesn’t matter and restrooms are only for their use. Further more why offer a dine in option if this is the case????? I’m confused…had to walk the 10 minutes back to my shop….I don’t plan to ever patronize another Dunkin Donuts after this experience.!!!!!!

I didn’t think you could customize their sandwiches because my understanding was that they were all pre made. However, I was able to customize a sandwich. I got turkey sausage and egg on a croissant and it was AMAZING! My only disappointment was that they now have bavarian cream munchkins, but they were not filled with enough cream to make it worthwhile to get them in the future. The staff was great.

I love there coffee I just moved to patchogue a year ago been coming there. When I walk in they no me already that every worker knows how I like my coffee the customers services is great I will always go there. Thank you patchogue main st dunkin coffee

I love the fresh coffee there, but the place is very small. A couple of tables and chairs by the wall. Nice large windows to look out of while you enjoy your coffee and donuts though. Great service, the staff is very attentive.
