We are a mother and daughter duo that enjoys all things crafty and creative. Homespun Hobbies has given us the opportunity to work and create together. Our bakery products are fresh-baked, in-house. We have a wide selection of goodies for you to choose from that will satisfy any craving! Our mercantile is filled with locally made products from a selection of the many artists and crafters in the Cherokee County area.

This shop and bakery is adorable! Their baked good are delicious too. We got a Brooke, piece of strawberry cake, and a strawberry croissant. They have tables set up to enjoy your selections. The ladies running the shop were super friendly. It looks like they are three generations, four if you count their sweet little toddler.

My boyfriend got me the best gluten free cake I have EVER had form Homespun Hobbies. Those of you who are gf know how hard it is to find any gf baked goods that aren’t dense, dry, and falling apart. This cake was none of that. I got a strawberry cake and the icing is *pure heaven* buttercream. So light, so delicious. Sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. I would give this cake fifty stars if I could. Well done!!

We just happened to see Homespun Hobbies & Bakery when checking out downtown Andrews and stopped in for coffee and cinnamon rolls – both of which were delicious. We could have easily taken more of the goodies home. They offer all sorts of items as well as items that you can order, such as cakes. We really enjoyed both the mother and daughter owners.

Wonderful staff, and delicious fresh baked goods! Our kids love stopping by while we’re taking a stroll through town. Their Papa also loves to drop by our house with a box of mixed goodies as a surprise❤️ They always have such a great variety, and fair pricing. Support Local!

What a fabulous bakery! We recently spent a week in Andrews for vacation and loved this bakery so much, we visited it three times! The baked goods were always fresh, and you can tell they use care in their baking. You can taste the quality ingredients. They had a nice variety of items and everything we purchased tasted yummy! The owners are super nice as well, which makes the love they show in their baking even stronger. Even though we were needing to leave to start our long trip home, we had to stop by on our way out of town. The daughter is so sweet, we got to talking and I delayed my trip by 45 minutes! It is just a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. I so wish we had something like this near us or we lived a lot closer. If you are riding the rail-trail, it is located diagonally from the rail depot, so stop in and give it a try. You won’t regret it and any calories from the treats will be used up on the rail bike

I got married in Andrews NC and was so so glad we went with Homespun Bakery for our wedding cake. We did all of our communication via email and Hannah was so quick and thorough and helpful when we were placing our order. The cake was exactly what we wanted. Additionally, we ordered a birthday cake, which was adorable and customized to our request and delicious. They can do it all!
