Happy Cones Co is a New Zealand Style Ice Cream Shop and Ice Cream Truck. Hand crafting homemade ice creams, chocolates, smoothies and happiness. In 2015 New Zealand born and bred owner Hap Cameron imported the first ice cream blending machine from his hometown of Nelson, New Zealand to America. The machine creates the freshly made ice cream of his childhood by blending homemade sweet cream ice cream with your choice of fruit, before your eyes! Happy Cones Co also makes from scratch all your favorite ice cream scoops like Salted Caramel Oreo, Cookies n Cream, Mint Chip, Coffee and Chocolate. But make sure to try Hokey Pokey, the most iconic New Zealand scoop flavor! Visit our shop or have our ice cream truck cater your event!

Delicious new Zealand style ice cream!! got the mixed berry with the happy dust and it was the perfect dessert after having lunch in the food court area beside it. The worker was so kind to my friends and I. They answered all our questions about the types of ice cream flavors they have and we got to try samples of certain ones they had available. I had a sample of the vegan coconut gelato and it was so light and sweet, but I still wanted to try the new Zealand style ice cream since I had never had it before. Honestly no regrets at all, the honeycomb crumble on top of the sweet berry mix was the perfect refreshing treat for a slightly warmer winter day here!!

Great place to grab an ice cream, whether a regular flavor or a combination of fruit mixed on the spot. Courteous service by staff.

We stopped by Happy Cones and tried the mixed berry fruit ice cream from New Zealand -it was fresh, creamy, and bursting with real fruit flavor. On our server’s recommendation, we added coconut, which turned out to be a perfect pairing and really elevated the taste.

Great service, unique flavors, and a refreshing treat -definitely worth a visit!

Went to check out the Rocks and Minerals show and came across some Happy Cones! I’ve never seen New Zealand style ice cream so I had to give it a try.

They had a special machine that was imported from NZ. The ice cream itself kind of reminded me of a soft serve/frozen berry smoothie. I wonder if it’s healthier than ice cream. It was not too sweet, and I left with a happy cone.

Both of the girls working were amiable. We ordered two different New Zealand style ice cream flavors, mixed berry and strawberry banana. I loved how creamy the texture was and it was made with real fruit. Prices were good. I wished there was a location back in Illinois.

This place was amazing! I tried the hokey pokey and honey lavender flavors.
It was Delicious! A lot of times the honey lavender is too strong and fragrant tasting but this had a delicious balance.
My husband got the hokey pokey shake- this was the right choice.

The server was so cute and sweet even when being held socially hostage by a guy hitting on her.

We can’t wait to come back!

Local friends highly recommended this place, and when we stopped by I got a free ice cream because they were taking pictures lol. So the new tutti frutti flavor is amazing! Also it’s located in a great little shopping center with great restaurants and some cute little shops. If I weren’t just visiting, I’d come all the time! Thanks for the ice cream!

I love the Hokey Pokey! I wish they could find a way for the toffee bits to be more consistently spread within the ice cream. I hadn’t been in months and just paid $9 for a cup of vanilla with three toffee pieces (I tipped). Sometimes you’ll have a toffee bit in every bite and it’s heaven! (I don’t want to pay extra to add more on top)
