The worker there I’m not sure if he’s the manager I didn’t stay long enough because how rude he was. As soon as I walk in he’s rude straight off, I tell him there’s no cookies or juice boxes in my bag for my two children’s kids meals, he proceeds and says it’s at the bottom of the bag that he’s the one who put them in there… clearly they where not. He’s very very rude! Not management material. Will not dine in again

I called the store about my Uber Eats order and if it was going to get canceled or not. The person was extremely rude and I kindly asked for her help. She went on to say that the store is closed and my order is sitting there, and it’ll get canceled. I asked about if someone would be able to pick it up and there was no help, she just hung up on me.

I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the food I received and the behavior of the staff at this location. I placed an order through the app for a bowl, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only filled about halfway. I politely asked if a proper portion could be provided, as it was clearly underfilled, but the employee simply responded, “That’s just how it is,” and said there was nothing she could do.
When I tried to explain why I was unhappy, she didn’t offer an apology or show any willingness to help—instead, she repeatedly said, “You can just talk to the manager,” in a dismissive and stern tone. Despite this, she made no effort to actually get the manager.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Employees should be empowered to resolve basic issues like portion mistakes, and if a manager is needed, they should be brought over—not used as a way to avoid responsibility.
Unfortunately, the manager at this location is also consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed him speak disrespectfully to multiple customers, myself included. He’s typically on duty, has long hair usually tied in a ponytail, has several tattoos all over, and wears glasses. His behavior does not reflect what should be expected from someone in a leadership position, and it needs to be addressed.

The manager on tonight’s shift 9/6 was absolutely rude. He would not allow me to buy a kids burrito because my child was not with me. Make that make sense? I can order one online in the app without proof of child, but to order in store I need to show proof?! I literally had to FaceTime my husband with my child who was outside in the car parking lot…. The way in which he was acting was very unprofessional… over an $8 burrito…

Amazing experience. We frequent Moe’s and each time is always better than the last. What’s not to love about free chips and salsa with your meal? Staff is always friendly. Great vegan accommodation and tons of options. Please give them your business.

These employees literally don’t know how to make a stack. I’ve been here dozens of times and not once has my food ever been made correctly. The most recent time they cooked one side of the stack for 5 minutes, burnt it to a crisp, and then threw it in the bag. Literally pathetic effort.

Disrespectful staff and manager, because I was told the person I was speaking to was a manager and they were most likely not, with the way they deflected and acted like I don’t deserve a refund, they didn’t want to put the effort in, and if this location doesn’t want to put effort in, close the store down, from the top to the bottom employees actions and reactions are not what a customer wants to experience when I’ve admitted my mistake that I placed it at the wrong location, Issue a refund or don’t run a shitty business.

It’s a fast food joint and no experience will always be the same. Went in during Monday lunch hour and was quickly served our food. Only complaint was with the nacho chips. I literally got about 13 chips, and they were just dripping with oil to the point of not looking like something you would want to eat. Odds are the next time I hear “Welcome to Moe’s” things will be different, but will they be better?

Customer service is awful, chips are regularly stale or oversaturated with oil. Easily the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. I was short 25¢ on my bill because a gift card had less money than I thought I had on it. The manager looked at me like I was an idiot and I was forced to awkwardly stand there without any help before I finally stormed out. I work at a neighboring restaurant if someone was short a whole QUARTER I’d ignore it and give them their food. Seeing many reviews that agree management is rude and incompetent leads me to believe I’m not being unreasonable. Hope ownership reads these and considers making changes
