Stopped by Starbucks on the way for coffee. It’s a beautiful, spacious location with both indoor and outdoor seating, and very clean. The staff were polite and welcoming. I had a cold brew with chocolate strawberry cream since they were out of pistachio cream. Tried chocolate strawberry cream for the first time and surprisingly, it was really good!
Who knew chocolate and strawberry could make me forget all about pistachio? ☕

My husband, toddler, and I came to this Starbucks on Thanksgiving morning (Thank you guys!) from out of town. We went because our toddler likes the spicy falafel. Fortunately they had one left. The service was great. The employees were very welcoming. We enjoyed having our drinks and our little one enjoyed her falafel. Thankful for the employees working that morning!

Placed an online order from the Hampton before walking over to Starbucks and when I walked in my coffee was ready at the pick up area! Been doing this for a while and so far haven’t had any problems since!

The staff is so incredibly friendly and inviting at this location. I feel like their cheer rubs off on me and helps to start my day in a better mindset. Shawna has such a vibrant energy and seeing her communicate with her staff shows why they all share such enthusiasm. I’ve been to many Starbucks in my lifetime and I can confidently say that this one feels effortlessly welcoming.

It was another Starbucks… Some staff you can tell knows what’s going on, other staff, shouldn’t be a barista. Most of them were nice. Clean location. Did not use the restroom. Lots of stuff for sale inside. Had cake samples available. I did find a new item I like from that, so thanks for the taste! ( first location I’ve ever gotten a sample from ) Will definitely return since it’s next door to the store with ” the big chair “…. lol. It’s a tradition for us so now maybe it’ll be big chair stop them straight over to “Buckys”, as my kids call it.

I have been working out of town for about a week now and hadn’t been having a great past few days. Yesterday, I accidentally placed my mobile order for my hometown Starbucks, and didn’t realize until I was already at the drive thru. The woman at the speaker insisted on making my order for me anyway, and would not let me pay for it! Her name was Jordan and I hope she knows how much I needed that pick me up. I have been back a couple times since then, including this morning, and my order is always perfect, amazing service from the employees, and quick! 10/10. I wish Jordan a life of never stubbing her toe again and perfect hair days.

It was a beautiful Friday morning. I chose to work from at Starbucks on my work-home day and enjoy my brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam “YUMMM”. I arrived at the store and was setting up my computer. When an employee approached me asking if i had planned to purchase a beverage. Implying that i needed to purchase a drink to sit there. When i replied ” I will in a bit”. She replied ” I suggest sooner than later”. Now i completely understand the policies have changed. This however is the wrong approach. Just because my order of operations did not match to the employees that day, should not constitute this kind of conversation happening. As someone that goes to Starbucks quite a lot I expect better. I feel like this does not line up with Starbucks mission of belonging and treating people with dignity and care. Thanks, Israel

Faith is awesome!! Every time I come in I always feel welcomed and the whole crew is great at making conversation it’s always more than just small talk ! I wish every coffee shop was this welcoming. They never fail to greet me when I walk in.

Stopped here on a road trip.
Coffee was lukewarm, lady who seemed to be the manager was just rude to employees and customers.
The kids got their drinks remade due to confusion on the staff part.
Glad we don’t live here.
