Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! Ordering online was quick and easy, and I was greeted warmly right at the door when I arrived. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich was exceptional. It hot, flavorful, and loaded just right. The mac & cheese was creamy and absolutely delicious, the perfect side. Overall, fantastic service and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

I come here all the time because you get free drinks as a first responder, but the staff they keep here is terrible. Its a revolving door of nice younger kids, a new one every couple weeks, but the two black women that work here have the worst attitudes and customer service. When I come in at night, I get completely ignored, always by them, the younger black girl is always gossiping, loudly, you can hear it from the bathroom.
The sandwiches themselves are hit or miss. Are you going to get a sandwich? or a sauce slopped mess, depends on those two women’s mood. The new york steamer I got is missing most of the meat. These are not cheap sandwiches. I’m pissed.
I looked at other reviewers who had the same problem as me, its sad that its just these two who seem to have a problem with doing their job, its none of the other employees, the older men that work here are great and the orange bandana girl, always friendly, I’ll be checking reviews before I go anywhere from now on.
final complaint, the dining room is always a mess, I never sit down and eat at this location.

Had to eat everything out of the middle that was edible for this $20 sub.. paid for what I got? Extra toasted means burnt and adding banana peppers means soaked in banana peppers. Otherwise the meat tasted normal going to bed.

Amazing place to get a fresh toasted sub. The manager Mike went out of his way to help me resolve an issue I was confronted with by ordering through the app. The staff including Mike were very courteous. Recommend this location.

This is my favorite sub shop! Sandwiches are always fresh, nicely proportioned, prices are just like every other sandwich shop, there’s plenty of different sandwiches on the menu, they’re always adding more. Staff is always friendly!! Definitely will be back and definitely do recommend!!

I didn’t care for this place. I think one should be able to see and direct the sandwich making process, and that’s not how it’s done at this establishment. I appreciate what they are about, but the service model needs work, in my opinion.

We stopped in on our way back from an appointment and the service was fast and friendly. The subs were still hot when we got to work (we took them to go). I really enjoyed the Hook and Ladder sub! Would go back again and try more menu items!

I’ve never felt that I should write a review, but my experience was so bizzare I felt I had to.
I was ignored for several minutes before I could even place an order. These girls were gossiping LOUDLY from the back about how they got someone to quit. One girl was talking about her plans for a fight after work. Totally unprofessional.
When they finally noticed me, I was treated like I was bothering them by being there by the tone and the glances they made while making my food. Needless to say, I took my food to eat in the car, I didn’t want to sit in the store to listen to more of that prattle.
When I got home that was the sandwich they slapped together for me. This firehouse location used to be good. Dissappointing, classless behavior.

The past couple of times that I have gotten food from here the sandwiches were absolutely terrible nothing like the ones I get from 132nd this time I got this, I will be contacting corporate, the city and uber, this is uncalled for, and more then likely they’ll blame somebody else, now that’s sad.

Made my order waited 30 minutes asked for my order it had been missed placed. Smart ass manager but later apologized. Re made my food and offered a refund which I refused. Third time this has happened. Slowing going down hill
