I placed a mobile order this morning for a iced decaf coffee and a turkey sausage wake up wrap. Well the coffee was strong and I started to feel heartburn which was telling me it wasn’t decaf. Also they gave me pork sausage instead of turkey so I had to go inside and get my order corrected. Now what I will say that at first I was upset because the girl that gave me my order at the drive thru was on her phone and walking towards the counter. I asked her if she would be able to help me and she had answered back with an attitude saying “I just started my break and what?” Instead of continuing to interact with her I just asked her if there was a manager there and I’ll speak with them since she was on her break. Two individuals came out to the front counter to correct my order. Corrected my sandwich order and also offered to refund my drink but I really wanted something. I asked if there was anything that didn’t have caffeine and woman that offered me to refund my drink gave me a vanilla bean coolatta instead. Those two individuals saved the day and I just wanted to say thank you for providing good customer service. Please retrain the other girl and let her know respect goes a long way and when you are working in any kind of retail or hospitality, you need to keep in mind that your customer service skills also says a lot about how you treat customers and is also a reflection on the company you work for. I hope you will do some self reflection on how you could have handled this interaction better and hopefully you’ll apply what you learn going forward. I wish you the best and hope you take this advice and use it to improve your customer service skills and how you speak to people. There’s nothing wrong with treating people the way you want them to treat you.

They are always delayed with my mobile order. The staff is very short fused and rude! They’re always speaking Spanish and rolling their eyes when you remind them that your order is wrong or that you’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a mobile order!!! They need a whole new set of staff.

The coffee always taste terrible and my orders are always wrong. It sucks having to be in a rush for work and wasting almost 5$ on a coffee that tastes burnt and gross and have things missing out your order.
There is a manager that works there and she is super nice and she makes everything good she’s awesome.

Drive thru service is not good , for me it’s raining outside they haven’t responded to me few minutes and after ordering within 15 seconds they gave me one and I asked for tropical guava lemonade refreshner and it tastes like green tea flavor ,sorry if the tropical guava does taste like green tea.

I have more good days than bad. They always make my coffee good but some of the staff seems to hate working there. Never had a problem with the drive through window but I can hear snarky remarks from certain female employees or on the telecom where it sounds like they’re not in a patient mood. It doesn’t stop me from getting my coffee because its still good lol. I just hope those staff members find more peace and possibly new job that they will enjoy instead of being miserable.
