So I came in to place an order for the $6.99 and I specifically said that I wanted two medium hand-tossed pepperoni and sausage pizzas and I wanted one of them to be half pepperoni only and I specifically said it was because my daughter does not like sausage at all they gave me a pizza with half of it sausage instead. The music was so damn loud customers and cashiers couldn’t hear each other. Then they were messing up orders like crazy. A customer got the wrong pizza so he brought it back in. When asked where was the receipt he says it’s in the box so they adjusted the receipt and put it into the warmer. The person removed the pizza from the store for at least five minutes or more and instead of remaking it they just gave it to the person it belonged to I wouldn’t have wanted that pizza. I don’t want free food discount etc I want retraining please so I can go back to enjoying my experience like I have for the last four years we’ve been coming to this location

You cannot contact anyone does living and breathing at Domino’s you have to go through their automated trust me I have tried automated agreed to a pizza that I ordered I paid over $25 for that medium Pizza ain’t got the wrong order my order was fulfilled for a taco pizza when it was delivered all I got was crust cheese and sauce five times to call the store finally the answered and said we don’t have taco pizza I said then why did you automated system say my order was ready paid for and would be delivered they refuse to help me the Manager in Waukesha. Raise your voice to me would not let me speak and eventually hung up on me. Horrible experience it even took me eight calls to find the complete my order through the automated service. When the manager or the server saw I ordered a taco pizza why did they not use my phone number to call me and tell me they do not have a taco pizza instead they sent and delivered me a 25th with crust sauce and little cheese. She saw my order the manager she saw they don’t have taco pizza she saw that I paid $25 for it why didn’t she call me and then when I call and explain to her she raised her voice to me and hung up on me

Everything great for the 4 pizzas I ordered online. All were made accurately and well. They were also made well within the timeframe the app said. Employees were friendly. Pizzas tasted great. Will definitely be back

I order from this location frequently and until recently things have been going well. My pizza arrived over cooked and burned. The toppings were sparse. My order was larger than normal this time. On a separate order I paid for a 2 liter bottle of diet coke which the driver told me he forgot, and if I wanted to make a complaint I would have to contact corporate. Very disappointing, why should I have to contact corporate, I did not forget the soda. I doubt I will order from Domino’s again, and will have to find a different pizza place.

Been ordering for years. Last pizza was mush — inedible. They said they were busy so it took a long time to deliver. I am less than a mile from the location. Called tonight to order my “replacement” pizza and the guy gave me the run around and then said he could take care of me but it would take a couple of hours because — they are insanely busy. So expect another pizza that is in a delivery drivers car for 30 to 45 minutes? Really. Please.

Order two pizzas for delivery both med. both very fresh even after had sat for 15 mins after delivery, my pizza wasn’t soggy, it was still warm and chewy(the good kind) lol but I’m very much satisfied. If I go as far to leave a review. I meant it. My thin crust pizza was fireee, perfect for a late night doing homework! Thank you Guys!

Do NOT order delivery from here. It will take an hour longer than expected (after your food has been made of course, so its not even fresh anymore) and your food will be cold. Just replace the whole store with robots at this point

Placed an order for them to deliver at a certain time for our wedding late night snack. They arrived on time, with correct order and even wrote an adorable “Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs.” on the pizza box! Was really a kind touch and we appreciated their thoughtfulness and service!
