I have never spent 20 minutes in a Starbucks drive-through line. Not that the line was extremely long, it’s just that the service was so slow and poor! The staff here really needs to focus on the wait times in their drive-through, because once you’re in the drive-through line, you are completely captive and have no ability to get out of the line. Shameful!

The staff doesn’t get it- wildly entitled and the lady on drive through and the man at window at 8:50 this morning were wildly rude. I have a blog reaching 47.6 million people based on integrity and kindness, and will be posting and sharing and asking them to review this Starbucks as a complete failure of entitled staff. So many Starbucks closed, the stock is failing and even the new CEO struggling- these dopes working this place don’t get it…this location will close soon… don’t waste your money or time at this place…wait for it, closed within 12 months…

My drink was prepared by a young man with short, dark, side-parted hair and glasses. Beyond the customer service which was lackluster at absolute best, with the young man being very rude and dismissive, both mine and my husbad’s drinks (venti) were filled 3/4 the way at most. On top of that, the drinks themselves were prepared very poorly (neither had near any real flavor, being entirely overpowered by milk and very bitter). Frankly, given that Starbucks has a reported base-pay of 16-22$/hr on Glassdoor for baristas, I would expect either vastly better customer service, or at the very least, better quality beverages. Entirely disappointing to find that one barista is quite possibly ruining the image of this location in the minds of many of it’s patrons. Also, no senior discount.

This is my go-to place for coffee on my way to work and every time I go it’s amazing service. The gentleman at the window every time I go through always puts a smile on my face because he’s so sweet and talks to me by name! 5 star service from their team every time!

I came here with my 8-year-old son to enjoy a drink together. He wanted to charge his phone and get on the WiFi, so I helped him with that while we decided what he wanted to order. We were there for maybe 10 minutes before a manager approached me and asked, “Are you going to order something?” I said yes, and asked why. She told me we had already been there “at least an hour.” I told her that was absolutely not true—it had only been 10 minutes.
I’m a regular customer. I come to this Starbucks several times a week, often for business meetings, and I always order. I even asked the manager if she recognized me as a regular and if I always buy something. She admitted yes to both, yet still pressed me about “being there too long without ordering.” After realizing she was wrong, she tried to backtrack with, “Oh no, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” But at that point, the damage was done.
To make it worse, another employee later told me it’s “company policy” that you can’t be in a Starbucks at all unless you’ve purchased something. That’s ridiculous, and the way it was handled felt insulting.
Starbucks—you just lost a loyal customer.

This very nice worker I don’t know what her name is, but she’s very nice And she gave me a free Starbucks today was my birthday and I did not have the Starbucks app because it would not let me sign in and she gave it to me free without no proof. This is what a employee Should always be like

I don’t go Starbucks for the coffee but for the experience and tasty drinks. I got both in here! They explained how to take advantage of the perks in my app (I had a free drink and got 2x the points thanks to their explanation), enjoyed a delicious vanilla foam in our drink, a scrumptious my strong matcha and when my girl playfulness made her drop her drink, they refilled it and turn her tears into a smile. They even have the coffee ground compost program here! We will come back!!!

THE sweetest crew works here!! This morning I went through the drive though and got my order incredibly wrong and couldn’t remember what I wanted (I have a 1 month old and got called into work this week unexpectedly). They helped me figure out my normal order, reminded me of the beauties of espresso, and took care of my drink this morning. I have a great experience every time I order from here 🙂

Was sitting in the back seat with my infant son next to me in his car seat while my wife drove us through the drive through, was holding my wallet against my chin while waiting to get my card back from the barista just to be accused of “vaping” in the drive through and informed that it was “illegal” by Vinny I believe it was (female barista). Clearly was not smoking or vaping, especially with my child in the car, and it seems maybe the baristas should be more focused on making coffee than looking for things to police customers on that they weren’t doing in the first place?
