Good evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time today. I had a taste for coffee today and I decided to come here and purchase a small decaf coffee, black. Sophie was the young lady associate who assisted me. Sophie was nice and kind and friendly. She smiled when I told her about the Eagles. I had a good experience and I enjoyed talking with Sophie. The Dunkin was clean and neat. There were no other patrons there at the time. The associates were working the Drive-thru. There were plenty of people coming through. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

The worst
2 medium coffee’s were room temperature. They had no carriers. No multigrain bagels. The guy was great. The woman….terrible

HORRIBLE!!! Stayed away from this one for a while cause my coffee always tasted awful and drive thru orders wrong. Made a big mistake and stopped at the drive thru after grocery shopping for a black coffee and 2 egg and cheese wraps. Waited in line forever then got half way home to see they gave me 2 donuts drove back line wrapped around so went in and waited more. got my wraps and in car bit into one that was ice cold in the middle. disgusting and a waste of $10!!!!! NEVER again!!!! this place sucks!!!!! just threw $10 away. what a waste of time and money! this location is HORRIBLE

Normally, I always get good service and have had no issues with food here. But this morning I ordered two wake up wraps, I always say bacon well done along with other items and I don’t even know how they can give this type of bacon to customers. Don’t they have timers on the food they cook? I have never seen bacon Undercooked like this from them. Super fatty

Drive-through line is always ridiculously long. When you go inside, you instantly get ignored for at least 5 to 10 minutes. And once you’re in there, they don’t have hardly any of the stuff that they advertised that they have. A handful of donuts maybe and you’ll be lucky if any of the coffee is fresh and not made from yesterday

I always have a horrible time going to the one on the black horse pike next to the shopright . The people are slow and just talk rather then work and even though they get my full order and the label is right they never make the food right or the drinks. The whole staff is useless and needs new management

The staff was so nice. I accidentally forgot to mention how many pumps of syrup I wanted and they remade my drinks without getting angry or being passive-aggressive. Great service is a hit or miss with Dunkin’, but they are awesome here. Not to mention – the coffee itself tastes really good!

Wanted to update my review. New mgmt and staff are horrible. While waiting several minutes without any acknowledgement, i saw staff handling food without gloves, listened to two employees curse each other out and was still not even addressed despite other customers (possibly off duty employees) telling staff that there were customers at the front. This is not the first time service has been atrocious since the new crew took over. I’ve had to wait and then ask for my mobile order while getting attitude like I’m inconveniencing them repeatedly. Attitudes here need serious adjustment. Won’t be back until staff changes.
Williamstown Dunkin has very friendly people working there. They are also very fast filling your order. The line at the drive thru is usually long, but the wait time is short because they are so quick. This is one of those places where customers “pay it forward” often! I’ve gotten treated a couple times and I’ve treated too!

Went to purchase a dozen donuts, and it’s clear that shrinkflation is REAL at Dunkin. Nothing against this location, but it’s crazy how small the donuts are now. You can get normal size donuts at the grocery store for the same price so why pay more for less? ♀️
