$6.99 each deal for two footlongs. I could not add mustard nor could I sub out tomato’s for olives. I never heard of any Subway doing this, The management/ownership needs to work on training their employees better and take care of there customers.

Great sandwiches an excellent customer service Katrina who managers the subway inside Walmart is really awesome and the best sandwich maker always remembers my favorite items to place on the sandwich. We highly recommend Subway inside the Walmart at Eagle Point.

The store was clean enough and the service ok except that the Gabriel did not make the sandwich asked for. An Italian BMT does not have chicken on it. My husband said it tasted more like a poor boy??? I don’t like having the meats and cheeses behind metal covers so that you cannot see what you are getting. That would have remedied the problem before it happened.

Disappointing Experience at Subway and Lack of Customer Service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a Subway outlet near my place, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for this establishment.

First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one expects when dining out. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. It was frustrating to see them pay no attention to the long line forming, leaving us waiting for an excessive amount of time.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food was far from satisfactory. The ingredients looked stale, and the vegetables were wilted and unappetizing. When I requested a specific sauce, the staff member seemed annoyed and hastily slapped it on, without any care for the taste or presentation. It was evident that attention to detail was not a priority for them.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, and the floors were littered with food crumbs. It was clear that the staff had not bothered to clean the dining area for quite some time. This lack of cleanliness only added to the overall unpleasant experience.

Overall, my visit to Subway was a complete letdown. The lack of customer service, coupled with the subpar quality of the food and the unclean environment, made it an experience I would not wish upon anyone. I expected better from a well-known chain like Subway, but unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic standards of service and quality.

I hope that Subway takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better dining experience for their customers. Until then, I would strongly advise against visiting this particular outlet if you value good customer service and a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered a sandwich as she was making it we noticed a hair on it we told her she had an attitude but switched the bread. Once we sat down she showed her coworker worker and out the bread back in the container for someone else instead of throwing it away. We won’t be back

The Subway here inside Walmart is pretty good.
We have eaten there many times, and they’re always pretty decent sandwiches. The employees are friendly, and they work pretty fast to get the customers taken care of.
Next time you’re an Eagle Point , and hungry for a sandwich, stop on by!

I will not go back to this location because your employee Hannah has the WORST customer service and she is flat out rude. I say please and thank you after everything I say just to try and have a better experience than the last with this employee and she is extremely rude every single time. Today though was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked her to give me a cookie that she forgot to give me the day before (i received 2 of 3) and she told me “there’s no way to prove that you even bought any cookies”. I feel like she remembers me coming in because she had to remake one of my sandwiches and pitched a huge fit about it, rolling her eyes, swinging the bread door open then slamming it shut and just very “is that all” the rest of my visit. She’s disrespectful and I don’t deserve to be treated that way by someone I have never been rude to and this business llost sales from a family of 8.

Terrible customer service.
I asked for a water cup nicely (mind you I’m a regular customer here) to the lady working Saturday around noon bit older, she rolled her eyes at me, made this open mouth gesture and grunted at me. I really wanted to tell her something but it’s not worth it. I don’t understand how someone can work in customer service (when you apply you KNOW you have to deal with people) and have the audacity to treat people unkind and childish. This isn’t the first time this lady treats people the way I was. I’m disappointed.

Eagle Point subway in Walmart: I went around 7:30pm and there was a blonde hair guy and he whispered under his breath saying what I ordered was weird and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I handed my money over he snatched it from me. The food is amazing but don’t wanna have my order taken by him again. I’m never one to give bad feedback, I just brush it off but that is terrible customer service.
